Yes, our appt today went ok. I'm officially slated for ER on 5/5 at 0930! The nurse and doctor were really clear that I may have to cancel the cycle after ER due to the risk of OHSS since I have so many follicles (they stopped counting/measuring at 20), and do a FET in their June/July uptime to let my ovaries calm down. When I got home they called with my E2 - 4091...which is really high and puts me at an even higher risk of OHSS. So, while I'm really happy that they'll probably get a lot of eggs, I'm also worried that we won't be able to do a ET this time. Trigger tonight at 1100 pm! Wish me luck! Thanks for asking too, BTW.

When I was working in the office, we used to give our patients Provera and always told them that day 1 was when they started bleeding after they finished the meds. Every doctor is different though, maybe you'll want to clarify! Shoot, I was hoping you'd have gotten AF on your own by now. Bummer! You'll get over this hurdle very soon...

Well my appointment went well this morning.
I was told the ER will be on Wednesday....I go back monday for more b/w and u/s my right ovary is being lazy. So they wanted to give me a couple more days. Getting nervous and excited at the same time.

Official Update : ET went smoothly today. I got home and really crashed. I was up for a while and then got really sleepy again. They put in both of my embabies and said one was way ahead of schedule in development. They gave us a 60 percent chance. Both Kelly and I got piccies of our little embabies which was so cool. I think they look like my hubby

How soon till the pregnancy hormones kick in I wonder? I'm curious if that is why I slept so much today.

Hi May Ladies,
I am new to the forum, I am cycle day 4 on IVF #3.
Just got my result from today, E2 is only up to 89. Has anyone else ever started low with E2 level? last two times on day 4 I was much higher so I am afraid I will be cancelled.

I am on my fist IVF (assuming it doesn't get cancelled - will find out about this tomorrow) so I don't know much about the bw etc. My RE doesn't give you any numbers unless you ask and only tells you if there is a problem. I should prob ask about some of these numbers everyone keeps mentioning. Someone should have an idea though - everyone here is very knowledgeable. I'll be that you don't get cancelled.

Well trigger shot went well last night. Didn't feel a thing, iced that sucker for 15 min. Felt a little nauseous but not that bad. Going in at 9:00 am tomorrow. Lining looks wonderful 3 great layers. Hoping to get some great little eggies out of the deal
