Hello, everyone! I got my and I have nver been happier to get. Which sounds really strange but when we are going through what we all are going through it is a good thing. I start BCP tomorrow and will take them until the 16th. I am so excited for all of us. I hope and pray that we all will be by the end of May. Good luck to all of you.

I had my 1st lap on 3/20 - RE removed "mild endo" as he told dh and my mom......my post-op appt isn't until 4/21......what I've heard is that the reoccurence varies.

I couldn't wait for to start either it felt as if it would never get here. On my way to starting lupron in a week. May has always been a lucky month for me, from what I'm calculating I should be getting beta results two days after 30th B-Day. I'm hoping my lucky month stays with me and spreads onto everyone here for that

I had my second surgery 2yrs ago on my endo. I asked my new RE about another surgery he said that it is not necessary. When I was first diag. w/it I had stage II the second stage I. Don't be worried I know someone who had stage IV and was able to conceive.

Mama2caden, I had a laporoscopy in March and was diagnosed with stage III endometriosis which the doctor removed, as well as my left tube which was a hydrosalpinx. He sent the tube for a pathology work up and the results showed endo in the tube. So I guess for now I'm all cleaned up (he also removed tons of adhesions) and he couldn't say how long it would stay that way but he did say that getting pregnant was my best bet to keep it away. This doctor is not an RE (he was in the past) but now focuses on reproductive surgery. He's my hero! My actual RE did a lap in Dec '06 and didn't do a thing. He told me there were too many adhesions for him to cut without risking knicking my bowels, etc. Also, he never even mentioned me having endo...ughhh! Sadly, this is supposed to be a great RE. I've come to learn that RE's arent necessarily the best or most qualified surgeons, especially for slightly more complicated situations. However, moving forward, nobody has recommended I need to do anything for the endo as I go through this cycle! Hope this helps!

Good luck, Karla! My RE is 1.5 hours away from me too, it's a long drive, but worth it! I had my mock transfer 2 weeks ago and survived. You'll do great!

Wow, I'm getting so excited for everyone to be one step closer to our BFPs! I'm leaving for the weekend and will be expecting AF while I'm gone so I'll pack my OCPs. I've never been so excited in my life to re-start OCPs!!!

Just touching base...

I had a repeat pap at my last RE visit and I'm waiting for the results. They went ahead and started me on BCPs and doxycycline. It's looking like all systems are go right now and my next appt. is the 17th for mock transfer and doctor consult.

Hey ladies!!!
Just wanted to say to the new ones who joined!!! I'm excited for all of us & have already enjoyed this thread so much-- I can tell its going to be really helpful during this process!!!

I had my sono & mock transfer today....All went well. It was pretty painless-- the worse part was maintaining a full bladder. Thankfully when I went in they let me relieve my bladder a little & I was good to go....I drank way too much water apparently!!!

kaym82- what was the mock transfer like? Did it hurt? Did they sedate you? I kinda nervous about that for some reason. I am waiting on . and then i am supposed to call Dr Schnells office on the first day.

Hi there - I am new. I have been lurking around this thread for about 3 weeks and finally decided to sign on. I am also doing IVF in May and it will be my first. Browneyes1970--- The mock transfer was no big deal....All they do is use the catheters they will use on the day of the ET and make sure everything goes smoothly. They don't want any surprises on the actual day. I believe they measure your uterus too. It literally takes like 1 minute...Its similar to a pap...The worse part was the full bladder--- I drank like 40 oz...the nurse told me on the day of the transfer I can drink like 28 oz....big difference..... they don't sedate you but on the day of the ET they give you something to relax you a bit!!!
