Hi ladies, I'm way late to join but hope ya'll don't mind. I start bcp on 4/1/08 and I think we are going with PDG so I will prob start sims aroung may 8th b/c they have to fix my cycle for the PDG testing. there are no male factors but want to make sure the eggs are perfect b/c we don't have much to spend(all out of pocket). Right now I'm trying to deside what package I want to go with on the ARC program. This is very stressful. I have my saline u/s next week and that scary. Sound like we will all be very close in our cycles. Good Luck!!!!!

Good luck with everything...You joined the right place & its definitely not too late to join!! I just had my saline sono today & its a piece of cake...I had a little cramping, but it was quick!!!!

to all the newbies. This is truely an amazing place. I could not have survived IVF without it. Well had my u/s and b/w this morning. I take last BCP this morning and start 10 units of Lupron tonight. This will be our first and hopefully only FET. I will be on 10 units of Lupron for a week. I go back for u/s and b/w next Friday 4/11. 4/12 I start estrogen support (patches and supositories) and drop Lupron to 5 units. Back to RE on the 16th for b/w. 4/25 I head to the IVF facility for a lining check. 4/26 I add in the PIO and Progesterone supositories (my poor va jay jay....LOL) Apparentley I am missing the estrogen suppositories so I have to work on getting them, no biggie. I swear when the pharmacy called me to fill my order she rattled off all the drugs I was suppose to get and I remember her saying Estrace (I remember because I have not had to take that since my IUI's back in 2002). But when my drugs showed up there was no estrace, so I called pharmacy and they said there was no prescription for it, oh well, I thought I was mistaked, apparently I wasnt. Hopefully CVS can fill it, otherwise I will have to fax over to Freedom. I show up at my appointment this AM and they are like "I am sorry, we dont have you on the schedule". WTF???? well then put me on it because I have an appointment. Well it all worked out, I was there a little longer because of the error but all is good. I am still so happy to finally be doing something other than taking those darn BCP. Wow, I did not realize I had so much to say, lol. Sorry it got so long and winded...lol TGIF!!!!!

They scheduled my injection training for the 11th of April and IVF for the 16th of April... Yea....

Good morning ladies!
First off, to Jeni and Migmel. We've got a great bunch of ladies here to help us all along!Karla, did they do your mock transfer under ultrasound guidence? I'm not sure what a saline ultrasound is. When they did my mock transfer, it was like a pap, but no u/s machine in sight! Glad you made it through ok. Kensbaby - Wow, you've already had a stressful day, and the morning is still young! You'll really appreciate the weekend after all that. Browneyes - Will you start injections when you go for injection training? My clinic will start me the very day I go for training. I've been stressing this morning over finding an insurance approved pharm to get my injectibles from. The discount pharm my clinic recommends is out of state and my insurance company told me to ask the pharm if they are contracted with BCBS, but when I asked them, they said that I would need to check with my insurance company...around and around we go! I need to get this straightened out ASAP since I'm supposed to start meds on the 16th and any prior approvals take 3-5 business days. Wish me luck! Question for experienced IVFer's... My clinic told me that I would need Repronex and Follistim for this upcoming cycle (along with other meds). Is the Repronex a stim as well? If so, has your experience been to take them at the same time, or start with one or the other? Hope you all are having a wonderful Friday!

Cycle canceled due to OHSS. FET #1 on 6/9/08 - single blast transferred... FET #2 on 9/10/08 - single blast transferred 10/15/08 - D&C for miscarriage .10/30/08 - Follow-up appt to discuss next FET.

I dont know... She really didnt say, I was going to ask her when she calls me back. If I dont hear from her by noon I will call them back. I just dont want to miss out on something and then they say OH, you have to wait till your next cycle.. UUGGGHHH... I think I may just be paranoid because I feel like I am stressing because I dont know exactly what to do next... I wonder if that is normal?

Ladies I must have one of the best RE's ever. They gave me a calendar with dates and times to take all my medications. Even my husband has to take a medication (unfortunately not a shot Haha). They are starting me on a low dose steriod and baby asprin at least 1 week prior to my stims. Then BW/sono then I start my stims. Follistim 300 u in evening, then Reponex 75 in the evening. That's for 4 days (all the while still on steroid and baby asprin). I'm to take my ganirelix with me to my sono/bw on day 5, then it's a guessing game with the dosages until they see what's going on. This is all written out on a nice little calendar for me. I already have my medications ordered and the Follistims in the fridge. Now it's seeming more real to me.
