Lindsay, let us know how your appointment goes....really praying you get to trigger and the puffiness goes away. I already feel puffy and I haven't even started Lupron yet...the BCP's did a number on me I suppose. Anyhow, good luck and I'm hoping that things clear up and you don't get OHSS.

Karla, I'm pretty sure they can make you hormonal LOL I've been PMS'y for the past 2 weeks since I've been on them...not enjoying it at all. Plus I have AF symptoms, spotting, bb's hurt and I cramp every morning like I'm going to start The side effects are easing up but then that's the way it works I guess....just when I'm 4 days away from my last one and I'm feeling better LOL HOpe you feel better soon and good luck with your vacation planning.

Update: We have 6 embryos, we transferred 2 perfect blasts, had 4 to freeze. One of the blast looked like it was beginning to hatch too. So I'm PUPO. My first beta is on 5/23. Can't wait. Take care all.

Well, nothing new on my end today. Starting Lupron tomorrow and I'm still taking the BCP's for another few days. Here's hoping I get a quick after I stop those and I'm able to move on without any delay. I have my baseline ultrasound next Thursday....so please pray that my cyst has reduced in size enough to move forward. She's not mentioned it at all during the whole process...except that it doesn't seem to change sizes during my regular cycle. So again, it may not be an issue...but I really pray it's just gone and not even mentioned

Inourdreams - I am so sorry about the intruder! I absolutely hate the waiting the most (yesterday I said I hated the PIO the most, but I've changed my mind!) I hate waiting in between cycles and I hate my body being unpredictable!!! So, I am really sorry about your delay - but, you will get lots of beautiful eggs and you will be pregnant in a few months! This cycle was not a waste!

Katy - don't give up! My nurses always say that women come in either with AF or crying b/c AF is on the way and they end up BFP. (Of course, they say this when I am telling them that it is a BFN b/c I've POAS'd a million times, so I know I am in a different category, but what they say is true nonetheless, just ask cathyh!)

Elizabeht- YAY! Finally you are triggering! I bet you can't wait to get those eggs out! I am sure you will get lots of eggs so I'll say that I am that they are all mature, healthy, and easy to fertilize:-)

Karla - BCPs make me nuts. I actually can't be on them b/c DH says I am horrible to be around. I know the stims change me too b/c I feel it and DH says that my personality changes, but not nearly as bad as with the BCPs!

Hope - you are PUPO with Twins!! and, one was almost hatching???!!! (I've always wanted one that was either hatching or almost hatching!!! this will be your month!)

My update- went to RE today for u/s and b/w...found out that my E2 on Monday was 500 (day 5 of stims), so hopefully that is climbing...also found out that my FSH at baseline was 7, which is great, so I am getting optimistic that this will be a good cycle. BUT, my 11 follicles reorganized themselves...we are thinking that I will only get 8 since a bunch of them on the right are still really small, but there were 2 good ones on the rt and 5-6 great ones on the left (my right ovary is a serious underachiever every time!). Hopefully with a few more days of stimming this will improve. For now, we think my ER will be Monday.

It is a beautiful day here today - supposed to be almost 80!

Good morning everyone. Just got back from my appointment and I have about 20-30 follies. I am waiting on the nurse to call with my hormone levels and my next doses. My ER should either be Sunday or Monday. On my way....

OK so I just got back from the store after my US, bloodwork and Preop visit with RE. I just bought rice krispie treats that I resisted 2 weeks ago when everyone was talking about them, Oreos, and one loaf of bread. I look really silly in line with my basket but can't wait to break them out later. I've been so good with no caffeine, eating lots of organic veggies/fruits, and no hormone milk/meat that I am over it and so is my body. For one day or maybe two I just have to eat some sweets. LOL.

Okay...but don't eat the whole bag of oreo's...you know chocolate contains caffeine too! My big kick lately has been buying up all the different flavors of the Naked brand juice smoothies. We went to 2 different stores so far and we're slowly working our way through the different ones to find our favs. So far, PowerC is mine and my husband likes the Pomegranate ones.

So you left out the most important part of your shopping trip description....regular oreo's or double stuffed? LOL

Sue- sounds like you're well on your way! I know zilch about e2 levels- but 8 follies is still a good number- and your FSH is really good too-and who knows- maybe the others will catch up! This is it for you! Keep that positive attitude! Enjoy the beautiful day! I am so ready for 80- maybe we;ll hit it in a few weeks here-

Nicole- Way to go on that Follie check! Awesome! Drink lots of fluids- as the wise women here have told me! No appt fo rme yet- 1:00- I hate afternoon appts- all day to think about them! Trying to stay caught up on some work-stuff I need to get ready for the weekend- of course this is our biggest weekend of the year- we're taking 2300 kids baseball pictures this weekend- craziness!!!

Pray2bmom(Nicole) and Lindsay-- Thanks for asking about my cycle. What a roller coaster this journey is.

Update: I have 26 follies (20 which should be mature). The lead follie is 2.1. My lining is great at 14. However, my RE said we would probably trigger tomorrow instead of tonight unless my E2 levels drop. They are predicting they'll be over 3000. They want ONE more day for the 14s to catch up. However, this is my best cycle so far in terms of response. i got to peak with my USat my last cycle and my body is repsonding better on day 10 today with a smaller dose than it did last cycle with a larger dose.

Yoga Girl--I am with you with one side being better than the other. My left has been on vacation for about 6 months.LOL. It does OK but the right is my overachiever.

Will let you guys know more later tonight after THE CALL. Is it just me or does everyone wait all afternoon for the office to call ?
