Hi ladies! I've been MIA for awhile because I was out of the country on, what I hope was, my last big trip for a while. These darn FET's take so long to prepare for. I've been on 10 units of lupron for almost 2 weeks. Went in this morning for some bloodwork to check e2 levels and hopefully will get the call from the nurse saying all looks good and to start on whatever's next...estrogen? doxy? I can't remember what's in my stash! I still have about 3 weeks until my transfer! ughhh - time is standing still.
I have a lot to catch up on - so many posts! I'm still drinking in moderation (I've learned to loosen up after being so strict my first couple of cycles) and weening myself off of coffee. I was actually down to one 1/2 caff cup in the a.m. and then somewhere, somehow starting a full cup again so tomorrow I'll re-introduct the decaff back into my life! Glass of red wine tonight FOR SURE! Has anybody noticed that they get headaches on lupron? Also, I've been feeling hungrier than usual. Hmmm... Have a fantastic, warm, spring weekend!!!!

Just got back from the clinic. My ER is scheduled for 4/27! YAY!! Can't believe it is already here! I trigger tonight at 10:30pm. My transfer will be 4/30 so technically I guess I should be in the April thread lol. I like here though so I will stay . lol

Good afternoon girls!
Linz - I'm also on a Lupron-Down Protocol, I'm taking 20 units every night. The nurse said we'd stay on that dose while stimming as well. We'll see how that works out! I also love hot drinks in the morning. I've taken to drinking some tea (white tea I hear has less caff than black or green or a bar of dark chocolate) since coffee isn't really appealing to me lately. Pris - I commend you for stopping caffeine cold turkey! Good job! That, my friends, is something I could never have done. I would've been hideous beyond comprehension. Honestly, I was pretty bad on half-caff. So, good for you! You have amazing will-power. Hope - Glad your u/s went well today. That would be so exciting to start stimming this weekend! We're going to make it through this! IndieBlue - Are you cutting all chocolate products? You're a good woman, I have no hope of doing that!  Nicole - I would be freaking out if some of my meds were missing...especially the Follistim (expensive!). You didn't have the same mangy-looking delivery guy Linz did, did you?  Have a good trip with your mom!Valerie - Welcome back! Hope your E2 level today was good, I had mine on Tues and it was good to go! Jennifer (Giggles) - Congrats on an official ER date!  Me (Kelly) - 31, blocked right tube, PCOS DH - 34, low motility - Sadie TTC #1 since 1/05 11/05-1/06: 3 cycles of Clomid 100mg, all 7/07-12/07: IUI x 5 with Clomid/Letrozole, all 2/1/08 - HSG - right tube blocked  IVF#1 5/5/08 - ER - 46 follicles aspirated, 30 eggs retrieved, 24 are mature, 17 fertilized. Cycle canceled due to OHSS. FET #1 on 6/9/08 - single blast transferred... FET #2 on 9/10/08 - single blast transferred 10/15/08 - D&C for miscarriage .10/30/08 - Follow-up appt to discuss next FET.

Happy Friday everyone!!! So glad the weekend is here!!
So here is a quick update: - I had my HSG today! Piece of cake!!  I was so nervous because so many women have said that it really hurts. Well, I only felt like I had really bad menstral cramping. I guess all those years of bad cramping helped me to prepare!  The doctor talked to me as he was completing the test. I watched as the dye entered my uterus and my fallopian tubes. He said everything looked perfect! I am on my way to being  !!- I received my "pharmacy in a box" today with all my meds! I can't believe I will be taking all of them but I will do anything! Yeah!!

Hi everyone ..
Real quick .. for Haras ... I actually asked my nurse about the wine. He said a glass or two on occassion up until the Transfer was ok .. just don't overdue. I'm having a glass tonight .. but, trying to be very moderate. My big problem now is chocolate since I am waiting for flow. I never had this issue before .. but, last night I made the entire box of brownie mix and ate it. Right, I didn't bake brownies .. I just made the box of mix and ate it. Then this morning had a chocolate filled donate ... which I don't think I have had for 10 years. If this doesn't work .. I'll have to go on a major diet and exercise spree

I'm 39 (one tube .. b/c ectopic)DH 49 (some male factor) Otherwise we are both perfect Ralph .. severe male factor as he is castrated1st IVF .. 5 eggs, 2 Fertilized and transfered, BFP. ECTOPIC .. We are very sad .. but, hope to be back in the March or April IVFers. 2nd IVF .. 5 eggs, 4 fertilized 2 made to transfer, Chemical. We are very sad and not sure of our next plan. June-Aug. ... worked on adoption homestdy Aug. 14 may start microdose lupron protocol and give ivf one last try. 3rd IVF ... starting stims Aug. 14th. LET THIS BE ITConverted to IUI as only three follies. Insemination on Aug 21.

Happy Friday to all. I have kind of cut back on the coffee although I have been having an occasional latte. I hope to completely cut back maybe by ER. I will start trying to cut back on the occasional wine too. I have not got my list of meds to stim with though so I think I will cut off all alcohol when I get my protocol.

I am on day 3 of lupron and stop my bcp on Sunday. Today I started noticing period type cramps on and off. Is this normal? I didn't think I would have any symptoms until I got off of the bcp since they are supressing everything. What do you ladies think?

October 08- Trying a "natural" cycle- 11/5/08 23 mm follie seen at u/s...told me I should ovulate within 2 days- HPT 11/18- November 08- IUI ...? Maybe? ...trying to determine next steps for the rest of 2008/2009....
