Me (34) high FSH - 13.3, hypothyroid DH (52) very high sperm count, but low motility. ICSI necessary Neither one of us has children and I have never been pregnant. Hopeful and  1st IVF begins 4/08 day 2 FSH 10.6 4/7 - 4/21 BCP 4/25 - 5/6 - Menopur 75U and 150U, Follistim 450U 4/30 - 5/6 - Ganirelix 5/8 - ER - 9 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 4 fertilized  5/11 - ET - transferred two 8 cell embies - a grade 1 and grade 2!! 5/22 -  5/25 - begin taking 100mg dhea per day 2nd IVF begins 6/24 Lupron Flare day 2 FSH 10.6 6/26 - 7/13 BCP 7/7 - Endometrial Scratching 7/11 - Endometrial Scratching 7/16 - 7/27 MicroLupron 7/18 - 7/26 Follistim, Menopur 7/28 - ER - 8 eggs, 7 mature, 5 fertilized. 7/31 - ET - transferred 3 grade 1, 8 cell embryos 8/9 - HPT - holy smokes!yay!8/11 - Beta - I'M  !!

Giggles .. what fantastic numbers. Just fantastic.
What was your dosage of stims? Shasta, I am on 10 units of Lupron. One reason that it could have taken me a while to suppress is because I had an ectopic and started right up with IVF number 2. Frankly, I should have waited. 10 units is pretty average ... I have read where some go up to 15. But, I'm hoping all is good now, I'll know a lot more later this week. Tara

 I'm 39 (one tube .. b/c ectopic)DH 49 (some male factor) Otherwise we are both perfect   Ralph .. severe male factor as he is castrated1st IVF .. 5 eggs, 2 Fertilized and transfered, BFP. ECTOPIC ..  We are very sad .. but, hope to be back in the March or April IVFers. 2nd IVF .. 5 eggs, 4 fertilized 2 made to transfer, Chemical. We are very sad and not sure of our next plan. June-Aug. ... worked on adoption homestdy Aug. 14 may start microdose lupron protocol and give ivf one last try. 3rd IVF ... starting stims Aug. 14th. LET THIS BE ITConverted to IUI as only three follies. Insemination on Aug 21.

Hello ladies, I hope everyone is doing well!!!
Giggles I am so excited for you!!! I can't wait to hear about your ET. and I know soon after that you will get your so I am sending you LOTS of  .Well I went to the RE Sat. and he started me on Ganirelix OUCH!! but my follistim dosage is the same. Does that mean anything?

My problem is the implantation part but this time we are putting back 4, using AH and I will be starting Medrol tomorrow. My acupuncture has been going great as well. Last time I spoke with her, almost 97% of her patients have gotten so I am praying to be one. My RE said, it just sometimes takes a few tries and then poof you are REALLY preggo. Praying for one but twins would be such a blessing. Anyway, I wil be you all on as we go!

Giggles-- that is great. Hope everyone gets as many eggs as you did. This is the month for you. How was the whole process. I'm scared.
Anyone taken Lupron had any side effects. Today (sunday) is day 6 and I feel like I'm hotter then ever (hot flashes). Could just be in my head but hopefully when I go to Re Tuesday they lower my dosage. Hope everyone has a good week!!!

Well tomorrow I'm going in for my second U/S after 5 days of stims to see how many follicles I got going on. I'm a little nervous just hoping that I'm responding well to stims.

October 08- Trying a "natural" cycle- 11/5/08 23 mm follie seen at u/s...told me I should ovulate within 2 days- HPT 11/18- November 08- IUI ...? Maybe?  ...trying to determine next steps for the rest of 2008/2009....
