Beta 3/27   FET 9/11  Hopefully 3, 6 day embryos resulted in Currently taking a break.

So you didnt do anything really diffrent except acupuncture and no caffeine? how long did u not have caffeine before the FET. And how is your diet usually, like do u just eat whatever or are you usually pretty healthy. Did u take any herbs? I just want this to work soooo bad!

I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. I just saw Aimee Mann at a small concert in Portland and my a** was so sore from the PIO that I had to keep standing. It was still a great evening and it kept my mind of the 2ww. July 29th seems so far away! Take care!!! Patricia

Kristen, thanks for adding me! How are the twins?
Leanne, I stopped all caffeine about a month before. The only thing I was having before that was a cup of real coffee on the weekends. Our diet isn't always healthy. I have my weakness Sonic, but we do try to eat healthy. We don't eat anything fried(other than fast food fries), salad at every dinner, whole wheat or multigrains (whatever I can find), fruits in moderation, and veggies. I limit fish because I don't like worrying about the mercury content, but we do eat lots of red meat and chicken. I have really limited my sugar intake due to PCOS. I drink nothing other than water and milk. I cut out all sodas (diet or regular) and lost 13lbs. RE limited my exercising to low impact workouts of 4 hours a week and no more than 10miles a week. I did eat a lot of fresh pineapple after the FET, but only because I love it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Leanne- The picture I had before was taken on the same day but my DH likes this one because I am still giddy in it from running into George Clooney in Bellagio/Lake Como, Italy. I was so starstruck, he was just sitting next to us at a cafe and I was just frozen with fear. I didn't want to be obnoxious and bother him for a picture because he looked so annoyed with others that kept interrupting him while he was trying to eat. He's a hottie for sure!
Barbara- Don't worry about the decrease in the number, remember what happened to me? I had a low number and then they retrieved 17. I will keep you in my prayers and hope all turns out well!

I wont be on as much this week my birthday is tomorrow, but i have to work for 2 more days and then we are going gambling over night on wed =) It will be a fun relaxing get away!
