Sarah- This is the last week of classes. WooHoo! Then I get a week at home before we go away for a weekend cruise.

Kristen- How cool to see the babies and one of them even moving around! It doesn't sound like your RE is too concerned over the couple of days behind. The u/s in two weeks will be reassuring though, I bet.

Liza- How did I miss your post??? Hugs! Miss you and think about you often.

Tanya- I saw the name in your sig "Jaxon Alexander" and thought it said Jason at first. But now that I see it clearly- I really like that name, Jaxon. I never heard it before.

TMI but I know you will all understand...

This afternoon I had brown discharge but no cramping, still freaking out because my beta is only 13 hours away. I had a mini-meltdown at Nordstrom. It wasn't much and it has been 2 hours since and nothing additional. Nothing like AF at all.

Does this seem normal?

Thanks,
Patricia

I wouldn't worry about spotting. My friend had spotting when she was pregnant for the first 4 months. This was right after she had miscarried too. Her son was born in June!

Patricia- Spotting doesn't prove anything so don't get discouraged. I totally understand the mini-breakdown though. If you are going to have a breakdown Nordstrom is a nice place for it. Did you get some retail therapy to feel better?

Kristen, glad to hear that the u/s went great. Sounds like they are both doing great.

Kate, the nieces are 11 and 8. They live 7 hours away from us, and always spend two weeks with us during the summer and spring break with us. Last summer we took them to Disney World.....too much fun. They are outside with DH catching lightning bugs right now. I guess I should go join them.

Kristen-yay for healthy babies and heart beats!!! Don't worry about a few days behind or ahead. These measurements are not exactly accurate (they are abstractly picking points on a u/s screen!). My u/s tech once did a measurement and gave me a date. I told her that I was actually 2 days ahead of what she told me. She remeasured, and yep, it was exactly on target that time. These things are not perfect

Patricia-brown blood is old blood. nothing to worry about

Patricia – Good luck today!!! I’m so hoping you get your BFP.

Barbara – Congrats on being PUPO x 4. I hope these next 2 weeks just FLY by for you and you get your BFP.

Kristen – What an exciting 2nd u/s. It must have been amazing to see the babies and hear their strong heartbeats. Congrats! I couldn’t be happier that things are going so well for you!

Jana – Sorry about the m/s. Sounds MISERABLE. I hope the meds are doing the trick. As far as the teeth go – keep doing what you’re doing – brushing 2x daily and flossing 1x daily to prevent pregnancy gingivitis. The hormones and increased blood flow can cause your gum tissues to become more inflamed and tender during your pregnancy. If you experience any changes to your gum tissues – tenderness, bleeding with brushing etc. make an appt. with your dentist. Otherwise just keep up with your hygiene and your regular dental visits. Really it’s not much to worry about – when you give birth it will go away.

Kate – Yeah for being almost done with classes. Where are you going on your weekend cruise??

This must be the week for nieces and nephews – mine are coming down to Chicago today (they live in Rockford, IL) for their 1st dental visits. My nephew is 5 and my niece is 3. I have the day off, but I’m taking them to my office for their appt. and then the plan is to go swimming and to the zoo (if the weather doesn’t change).

Last day of BCPs today for me!!!! Tomorrow is an u/s to check for antral follies and then I start my meds Saturday…..I’m on my way. Keep your fingers crossed that this is my cycle.

Omg- I Am Pregnant

I had to post on this thread first because of our "history" together. I can't tell you how shocked I am because I have been feeling like AF was going to start at any moment. When the nurse drew blood she was holding my hand because I was trembling so much. I started crying in the chair and I rushed out of there.

Beta #1 319

Thanks so much ladies for always keeping my spirits up and always having a positive outlook!

Take care,
Patricia
