As for me; AF came today and I go in tomorrow for base line B/W and US. I've been on an estrogen patch for 4 days and taking Ganarelix for the last 3 days. We are hoping for success this time - Thrid times a charm - right?

To all who inquired - thanks for asking. Stims are going well. Today is day 4 and no symptoms so far. I'm only taking 150 of Gonal F and when I went for my u/s today they saw a few follies on both the right and the left (all still under 10) . Still awaiting the call from the doc with the E2 levels, but I think it's all still too early...I'll keep you updated.

Sue - I know how it feels to wish so badly you were stimming, or even better yet...pregnant. I spent 5 months wishing I were moving forward (in fact I was waiting for my HCG to return to zero after being diagnosed with an ectopic, getting transferred to a new RE due to insurance issues and having to go through all of the "initial" procedures over again, getting ready to start a cycle and then being told I had a hydrosalpinx, having my right tube removed and then recovering from surgery...seems like I was doing a lot, but I really felt I was standing still). I wish you were stimming too, but your time is RIGHT around the corner...and you are going to a GREAT center and should expect good results. Any updates on ?

Barbara - I'm thinking of you and checking in every hour on the hour hoping to see your update. I've got to leave at 3pm (DH and I bought a rental property and are going to close on it today). Gooooood luck!!!!

Well we are lost. We dont have 3 and maybe not even two anymore. I don't know what to think. One was large and had a heartbeat. It measured 6wk2d and I am 6wk3dy. However, I have another which does not have anything in the sac anymore that we can see. RE wants to wait till next week, but I am scared that I am going to have another one like that last time.

Tami - I bet you have a vanishing twin. The one that's in there sounds very strong and I've seen a lot of girls post that in the first trimester if you're measuring a little behind it doesn't mean much. I know it's never easy to lose a baby and I'm so sorry about that. But I'm going to hold out some strong hope that you've got one strong little one in there that's going to hold out for nine months.

Thanks I hope so. All of me wants to have at least one healthy baby...I am so sad that I just want to cry. I should explain. I want to cry b/c I hate my job...stayed in hell for this possibility and am so scared that we are going down the same road toward m/c. I am so frightened and praying constantly and trying to have faith that the lord knows me and will keep his promise that I will have this baby/babies.

Beta is in only 33.. But they said dont worry your a day early. It should double by thursday..

Why would one day make a difference? another what 15 so 48? Actually I would take that I would have liked over 100 to be sure. But I will be thankful for what I have right now.

I am now going to try and relax. ( mani & pedi) I feel really crampy like af is coming. I have been running around like crazy and I am actually tired and want to go to sleep until thursday evening. Sleep right thru tomorrow.

When I am in church tomorrow I will pray for us all..

Barbara, don't sweat the number. Everything I've read says the number itself isn't significant. It's just the doubling that's important. Didn't you go in pretty early for your beta??? I can't remember and your sig doesn't show up when posting. Relax and know that you are pregnant. Congrats!!!

Hi all! I've been gone a while - on vacation and away from computers for the most part for a few weeks. I haven't read back past this page, but I wanted to say ---

CONGRATULATIONS Barbara! I know it's hard not to worry about the numbers, but at 13dpo, 33 is a just fine number. I hope you're able to feel celebratory - I'm very happy for you.

Tami - I'm sorry to hear about the empty sac, but it sounds like you've got a healthy little one in there, growing away at the right rate. It's so hard for all of us not to visualize the worst, but keep your mind on the little growing one and we'll all be keeping you in our thoughts.

It sounds like we've got more stimming going on and some hoping for to rear her ugly head (I like the white pants trick, though it brings with it traumatic thoughts of junior high!). Oh, the amount of patience that we all have to muster could fuel a small country!

Barbara, congratulations on the positive beta!!! Don't worry about your beta number! Easier said than done, but I've been there. Look at my sig. My beta was done 8dp5dt which is the same as your 7dp4dt (still very early!) and our beta's are very similar. I know I haven't made it all the way yet, but I'm still going and beginning my 17th week so...I htink everything will be fine!

Tam, it does sound like a vanishing twin and your baby sounds like it's ding good in there. Are you on heparin or lovenox right now?

Patricia and Sue, sorry I freaked you out! It was a little weird for me too, but I really think I just irritated it with something I ate and brushing made a little piece of skin come off. Anyways, I'm glad it's back to normal now.
