hey all

I'm doing well aside from M/S all the time still!!! Smells are setting me off now, I went down the bread aisle at the grocery store and thought I would vomit right there. DH had to deal with me dry heaving in wal-mart parking lot yesterday.

I did to much yesterday on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor. (dh was hoping for something else)

I have my level 2 u/s on the 20th and will be finding out about MR, cleft pallette etc. I already had intital testing done that came back 1/323 so hoping all is still ok. We will be finding out boy or girl as well.

Hi all!

I cant stay long but i guess here in Colorado there was something on the news about a over the counter pill called DHEA, and this 40 something woman started taking it and produced eggs of a 20 something year old, anyway you should read the story and tell me what you think of it!
New Fertility Boost: Science Videos - Science News - ScienCentral

Do you think that God forbid this FET doesnt work for me, that me being 27 that i should take teh DHEA and maybe i could produce tons of eggs???

I used DHEA for my last IVF cycle and I only produced 6 eggs but 1 ended up good enough

I think DHEA is good for you to take at anytime to make sure your body is healthy. It helps w/ FET also so you are "ripe" for implantation.

Cathy--so sorry about m/s, think I am going down ur road. I am just slightly queazy all day and it sucks

However, Barbara--I have seen plenty of lucky lucky women who get no symptoms.
On my last pregnancy I had large sore boobs, but now I have nothing. M/s is all I have and some cramping..otherwise I would not know I was pregnant.

Good Morning al my thread sisters,

Monday morning...UUUGGGHHHH

Wishing everyone positive vibes, keeping everyone in my prayers.

Tam - Thanks I was going to sneak in and get another beta to make sure everything is ok. But how do I preach I believe and to have faith and not follow through myself. I have no bad symptoms otherwise making me think I, or the baby is in danger. So I am going to wait it out until Wed. Like I said before its in God's hands.

God Bless..

barbara.
I am believing in God's promise that we won't loose these babies (this baby) I really prayed for my pregnancy and really believe in his promise especially repeated dreams.

As for the beta..I had 3 and then one w/ each u/s. Have talked them into doing one u/s a week b/c of the previous m/c. We are all obsessed.

Hi all! Dude and I are back from our weekend cruise. We had a really good time. We went with friends and that made it so much more entertaining! I think I ate my weight in food. Ugh!

We are officially cycling! Dude gave me my first lupron shot today. It will be a while though. September is still when we will be having the ET.

Glad to hear that Sue got her visit from AF. Good luck at CCRM (I think I got the acronym right?).

Barbara, I bet not everyone has symptoms. Just wait, you will be all puking in a few weeks, and we will remind you of this post. LOL

Tamtam- how sweet of DABob! Okay, I guess you will keep him around, right?

Leanne- I started using DHEA and stopped when I was told about having dimished ovarian reserve. I do wonder at times, if it would have helped. I think it falls into the same place as acupuncture. Not entirely proven to help, but can't hurt.

Cathy- sorry about the m/s. I did laugh at your scrubbing the floors comment. Poor DH!

Hugs and hi to everyone!

So excited for all new cycles, Kate and Leanne. Wow, Tami & Cathy both dealing with MS too. You two are strong.
I don't expect anyone to remember me from the old thread, but I needed a venue to chat. DH & I were waiting to complete another male test and then decide if adoption is our route. AF is 3 days late. I know I made the no POAS pact back in March and I've been waiting, but I'm like clockwork. Never late. I just can't stand the negatives, so if I wait long enough AF shows up and gives me my answer. Umm so a couple of hours ago I gave in and I have a positive. Like Barbara, I don't feel pregnant. I am a little concerned about ectopics and other things, but I'll take one step at a time. I'm super guarded and having a hard time letting myself believe it. It's kinda like my body is thumbing its nose at our RE. DH is out of town and I doubt I'll sleep much tonight. Hugs to all.
Heather

I was trying to figure out why I felt drawn to the forum after a few months away and the lyrics to the old "Cheers" theme song came to mind....

"Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot.

Wouldn't you like to get away?

Sometimes you want to go

Where everybody knows your (screen)name,
and they're always glad you came.
You wanna be where you can see,
our troubles are all the same
You wanna be where everybody knows
Your name."

Barbara -
I'll call the local doctor's office tomorrow (RE is 3 hours away), but I don't know what they will recommend. I kind of think they won't have much to say. It does seem kind of weird after going through IVF and knowing all kinds of statistics with my body and having a schedule of planned out betas and ultrasounds and visits and consultations to now having not much structure. At least I didn't have the 2 week wait!
I hope you can find some joy in your pregnancy. Though I don't know how mine will turn out, I have some small satisfaction of beating the very low odds RE gave us after our failed IVF.
