Carrie - I'm so sorry you got converted again. Believe me, I know how that feels! Glad you have 3 new RE appts. soon. My old RE was amazing and mailed over my records free of charge very quickly to my new RE. He even sent a letter to the head of RMA so that I could see the top doc there. I was very nervous and sad about telling my old RE I was switching, but he knew we wanted a second opinion about donor eggs, and his small clinic didn't do donor eggs, so it worked out really well. Do what is right for you, not your doc! Good luck, sweetie. Maybe this IUI will work and you won't need a new RE!!!

Jen - I like Zachary Evan personally, but all three are nice. My brother just named his baby Ryder Joseph, which took some getting used to. My DH calls him Ryder Joe. Anyway, congrats again!! Let's hear it for the boy!

Cathy - can't wait to hear what you're having or are you not finding out??

Jana - you are continually in my thoughts.

Jamie - I miss you too! Don't know if I'm back for posting like I used to, but we'll see! When does school start?

Hi to everyone else! Have to go back and read more!

Sue- I am on 20 of the lupron a day. After I get AF and get my clearance, it will drop down to 10. I will be on lupron for about 3 weeks total. The good news is that when it drops to 10, I start estrogen and I heard that helps with the headaches.

Jen- admit it, you are a "Footloose" groupie, aren't you? I totally remember that song and dancing to it at the sophmore or junior dance. LOL I like all 3 of your names. I love the name Evan, and with the meaning it has to you and Walt, it is a perfect choice.

Cathy- wow! I can't believe how far along you are!! Sorry about the m/s. That really sucks.

Liza- I am so glad to see you posting again. I missed your ladybug.

Thank you for all of your advice on getting my file transferred. I do like my RE and the nurses are great... but he said again about DOR and I don't have many choices... that helps to confirm my decision to move on....

Jana - how are you holding up?

Sue - how did Sherman make out at the vet? Is he doing any better. I love my animals and it hurts me when they hurt. I hope he gets back to his old self very soon.

Have a nice weekend!

Kate - thanks for missing my ladybug! LOL I lurked every single day and didn't miss a thing, but I have been in a funk for a while, at least posting-wise! I'm psyched about your new job and your upcoming ET! You and Dude are gonna be awesome, amazing parents.

Sue - I've been following your story and am glad you went to CCRM. It seems a perfect fit for you and you will get your BFP this time!

My puppy is doing much better - thanks:-) He is on some anti diarrhea and some painkillers (he's been yelping for no discernable reason and if you know boxers, it takes a lot to make them yelp!). As of this afternoon, he appears MUCH better! thanks everyone.

having a c-section cause of my age, small pelvis, ivf pregnancy and the top #1 reason the baby will never lay in the correct position. They removed a septum in 1996 and my uterus is not shaped correctly now. They baby will either be transverse or breech.

Hello from the prodigal Dude! Okay, I haven't really been that prodigal, but I've been a bit flaky about keeping up and posting. You're all still in my thoughts, even when I just get the condensed version of what's going on from Kate. I'm thrilled and nervous (can't help it) for the preggos among us, but also heartbroken for the miscarriages and cycles that haven't worked out. I've got a barrel full of happy hugs and comforting hugs, so just reach in and take what you need. There may even be some inappropriate hugs near the bottom, but you have to bend over and reach way in there toward the bottom, while I stand a few feet away from the barrel and watch. (With Kate's Lupron headaches, I'm counting on watching y'all at the barrel for a little thrill. While you wait in line for your turn at the barrel, feel free to talk with the other hug-diggers while exchanging stories about how you "experimented" in college. Bob, you're not allowed at the barrel, but I left a handshake and a pair of binoculars for you about a hundred yards away behind that hedge over there.)

As I'm sure you know from Kate, it's finally our turn and as of today, both Kate and our egg donor are taking Lupron. The headaches are no treat for Kate, but as far as being the shot-giver goes, it's easier the second time around because I didn't start off nervous or insecure about messing up. I'm a little nervous about the first PIO because that will be our first IM shot, but I don't expect any problems and I'm sure it'll get easy fast just like the other ones did. As for the shot getter, she continues to be brave and earns a candy treat after every shot. We also have an assistant this time that we didn't have last time around, which is a puppy that helps by doing things like licking Kate or nibbling her fingers while she gets the shot.

As for my micro-TESE preparations, my suffering continues with a twice-daily male fertility supplement that comes in capsules I believe were designed for horses. What I mean is, they're big. I have to take two of them each time, for a total of four per day. They should come with a requirement that someone trained in the heimlich maneuver be present, because they definitely pose a choking hazard. I thought maybe they were suppositories at first, but nope, they're supposed to be swallowed. They're roughly the size of Mike-n-Ikes or Hot Tamales; while I love both those candies, I at least get to chew them before swallowing, but with these supplements I have to try to line them up right and hope they don't turn sideways on the way down. My suffering is acute and dramatic - undoubtedly a more difficult burden to bear than the measly shots and tiny pills Kate gets to take. I try to remind her of this every time I take my pills, because I think it's good for her to know how relatively easy she has it.

Excuse me, but I have to go hide now. I think I see a good spot behind that hedge over there.

Patricia-that is fantastic! Great u/s shot! I am so happy for you!

Dude-you better get your running shoes. I will be up there sometime either before or after baby comes and will hunt you down myself (while Kate is still ill from m/s), unless she gives you the arse kicking you deserve first!

"Dude Run!!" ok cheezy qoutes from my fav show Ghost Hunters. I think even if Kate disposes of u then they will find u so she can do it again. & Stop influencing bob he is bad enough on his own....hehehe
cupcake= your bean is sooo cute. I love the pic. did they use a doppler to hear hb? My RE said we could not hear it.
