I am feeling better emotionally but i still am worried if IVF will ever work. We are still house hunting and then after we move we will do a FET.
We are thinking of going to Florida this summer or Oklahoma, that is where DH grandpas brothers live...so we can visit them.
I like this new thread!! It feels all happy already!!! IT will bring us all good luck and
to everyone! I will post individualized messages tomorrow, DH is taking the computer

I am sorry to hear about your Grandpa Doyle. Your dh and famly would probably be honored if you named his middle name Joseph.
I, of course, am partial to the name Joseph that is my sons name and he was an angel in disguise.
I will say a prayer for your grandpas soul and for the strength to be given to his family to be at peace.
God Bless..

Familiar friends and a fresh thread are great. I have spent the last few days doing some fresh starts-- ie: cleaning out closets, garage, etc.

Jana - I didn't know you'd be able to cycle again. Great news. This time you'll be a pro with everything.

Jen - 2ww on the job? sending best wishes.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. We are heading to Dude's sisters later today for our niece's birthday party. We are going to stay there until Monday when we have our donor agency consult (it is in that area). I plan to bring my laptop with me so I can stay tuned in.

Leanne- Sorry about hubby's grandpa.

Janice, Cathy, and Liza - Have fun stimming!! Yay on the cyst going down, Janice. Now we can start cheering you all on!

Barbara- those flying benefits sound pretty good! And you weren't limited to just the U.S.? Cool!

Heather- LOL at the 2ww for Jen's job interview! Does POAS help with that too?

Hi all. I just wanted to pop in today to our lovely new positive thread! And I wanted to wish any other Jews in our March crowd Happy Passover!

Today's gorgeous here - like it sounds like it is all over the place today - but we're going to be doing a lot of time in the kitchen cooking. Our exciting project this year is that we're going to make our own gefilte fish (kind of like fish loaves). My entire life we've eaten the stuff from a jar that you get at the grocery store. Neither my mother nor grandmother made their own fresh. (And DP isn't Jewish, so her family certainly didn't make it). If you're familiar with gefilte fish, you probably had the same response as I did when we first thought of it - can you really make that from scratch? Does it even really have fish in it? Apparently it can be really good fresh. So, we're off to the local chinese market to get fresh fish (and funky parts for the stock) and we'll let you know how it all turns out. I'm pretty excited.

For me Passover's like another Christmas or New Years - another marker of how long it's been that we've been ttc. Two passovers ago we were pregnant for the first time, last year we were hopeful that we were. But this year I'm hoping to focus on where we are now, not how long we've taken to get here or the fantasies of where we'll be next year. We'll see if that works.

I hope everyone's enjoying this glorious day. B

What a great new thread, ladies! I haven't been around much - developed a really bad cold, but I just wanted to say hi.
BD - Happy Passover to you! I've never made gefilite fish from scratch before, good luck! I'm just making the frozen kind - it's really good and sweet. (I'm sure it sounds gross to most people )
