Holy stealth BFP, jencat! That's great news. I'll be hoping all the numbers do what they're supposed to do, and that you don't get any hassles about the dual RE situation.

Dani - Woo-hoo for you, too!

Our only updates are about animals. I checked the gas meter birdies about an hour ago, and it looked like two of five had hatched. Sugar is still sweet, and feasted tonight on some chicken wings for dinner. We're thinking of renaming her. "Sugar" isn't bad, but that was her breeder's name choice, so it's changeable. The Spanish word for "sugar" is "azucar", so I came up with "Zucarina", which would be a kind of a hybrid of the word for sugar, plus "Zerlina", which was the name of a very sweet whippet I used to own. Whatcha think?

Jen, that is such wonderful news!!! I'm jumping up and down for you, well not literally until after my u/s , but I thinking about it really hard!!! I'm so happy for you!!! I hope you get a high beta number tomorrow!!! There's no way that there is hcg from the luteal hcg left in your system. Your making that all on your own!!! Congratulations to you and Walt!

Dani, congrats on being pupo! I hope you get your bfp on this cycle!!!

Dude and Kate, Sugar or Aucarina looks like a wonderful pup!

Ok, I've been off doing the Memorial Day thing...did I miss a BFP from Jencat??? WTH!!!! How? What? When? That is so awesome honey!!! I'm so excited for you and I'm praying that everything is PERFECT for you! Keep us updated!!!!

Well, I can't catch up on the posts right now, cleaning up from a barbecue from yesterday (I have some seriously messy friends)...but just wanted to say hello! I started Lupron last Friday, not as excited this round but maybe that's a good thing...less stress thinking about it perhaps.

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

Jencat - Thats awesome.. I know your going to get a high beta. Yes, I left for Ireland on thursday and just got back today. Ireland was an awesome place. NYFD and I had a great time.
Dani - 4 thats good. I am doing my first IVF this cycle and I hope to put back 4 as well. RE is said 3 -4, I am prepared for as many as God will bless me with.
Katy - Dude I love your sugar or any other name you decide.

I have to call the RE's office tomorrow and see what is my next move. He said he wants to put me on bcp before IVF so does that mean I am sitting out this whole month. UUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHHH......

Thanks girls

Kristen-well, the story goes like this: I got drunk, relaxed, put my legs up in the air, and whammo!
Not really. How can one relax when you have a crappy insurance company that is causing you all sorts of stress? I did go for a CD12 u/s, found that I had a right follie, did lots of , took luteal hCG injections. Today is 7 days (right now is 7.5 days after) after the last injection. I have been testing + since Thursday (had shot last Monday) and they are just as dark as they can be now! Definitely darker than the early ones. This is so crazy! I am so nervous! My old RE (well, the current one that I was letting go so I could go back to CCRM for IVF) wanted me to come in today for b/w, but I would have had to drive an hour (instead of 2 minutes) due to the holiday.
Also and more important, last year on Memorial Day I got b/w from my very first IUI/clomid cycle. I drive 45 minutes to get my b/w done, then make it back to Boulder to do the Bolder Boulder (10K run/walk). After it was over I got the call for my bfp, but it was a low number. And 2 weeks or so later I end up in the ER with an ruptured ectopic. So you can see my apprehension about getting a beta today

Barbara- when they put me on BCP for my IVF, I only took them for two weeks and then we started injections. So you may not be on the pill for a whole month. Oh and if you can swing coming out to CA to visit, we would love it!!

To everyone- thanks for all the sweet sayings about Sugar/Zucarina. She is curled up on Dude's lap right now. Such a cutie!

Jen - That is awesome!! I'm so praying that this is your time. Miracles happen and I'm praying we all get our little miracles soon! Here's a kicker for ya...One of my friend's cousins came down to stay with my friend...she's pregnant with twins and get this...SHE HAD HER TUBES TIED 8 years ago!!! No IVF involved, completely random accident...I don't know how that happens but it just boggles my mind. Who the heck knows anymore...

I'll be flying in on Wed evening and leaving on Thursday evening. My us appt is at 2:30. I hope everything looks ok. I've been trying to catch up on housework all weekend. Traveling so much made it really hard to keep up with the house and then when we first got back I was too tired to do too much and also worried about spotting. I haven't spotted in at least a week and a half so I did lots of chores this weekend...
How are you doing on the lupron? Stims will be on June 6 right? If everything goes ok with the u/s this week, I'll be back to Houston the weekend you start stims.

Hi everyone!
