TTC 6 mos. before RE, 18 mos. total before BFP Aug 06 - Clomid/IUI, BFN, Sept 06 - Clomid/IUI, BFN Oct 06 - Lap to remove cyst, endo & adhesions Jan 07 - IVF, two day 5 embies (blast and morula) - BFN Mar-April - IVF #2 4/25/07 - ret.13 eggs, 10 fertilized 4/28/07 - day 3 transfer, four eight cell grade A embies transferred, one perfect blast to freeze 5/4/07 - HPT 5/5/07 - HPT + very faint line. 5/6/07 - HPT + 2nd line....had to wait for it! 1st beta 5/7 - 98, 2nd beta 5/9 - 310, 3rd beta 5/16 - levels rising...#3266 First u/s 5/25 - One strong HB 121bpm, 6mm peanut!  So happy!2nd u/s 6/7 - hb 170, meas. 17mm  3rd u/s 6/15 - 174bpm, 27mm graduated to OB 7/25 amnio 8/7 - amnio results - perfect, thank God. And, It's a BOY! 9/3 - echocardiogram - everything's fine, whew! 10/31 - passed glucose test!

I wish I would have had a little more detail about the ivf process. I guess I'm glad they didn't tell me about the PIO injections I would have to do for 5 & 1/2 weeks. I always thought that if I could just get pregnant that I would be fine but I had no idea the worrying I would do after BFP. Good luck to all your ladies TTC. Beta #1 on 3/31 = 18 but still a Beta #2 on 4/2 = 68 Beta #3 on 4/4= 168 Beta #4 on 4/7= 957 4/15 = Early us due to bleeding = 1 sac with yolk and heartbeart plus 1 sac with no yolk or heartbeat 2nd us 4/22 = saw and heard baby's heartbeat. heart rate is 126 bpm, measuring 6 weeks 5 days. 3rd us 4/30 = 162 bpm, measurin 8 weeks 0 days. . Released to obgyn.

IVF #1 Nov 07, transferred 2 blasts, Sadly MC @ 5 wks, 3 days  7 weeks of waiting for beta to drop to zero Started meds March 08 for FET Lining not co-operating, postponed FET twice waiting for lining to thicken. Lining never reached more than 7mm. Dr adviced cancelling cycle. Decided against that. FET 4/18 of 4 blasts, 2 already hatching on 2 hpts 4/23 (5dp6dt) Continue to test positive, lines are getting darker  1st beta 4/27 is 200! Praise God 2nd beta 4/29 is 455! Fabulous! Scared by brief brown spotting at 5 weeks. U/S reveals 1 gest sac with yolk and pole!  HB 115 at 6 weeks US show strong HB and little arms and legs at 8 weeks

One healthy baby now measuring exactly on target with HR of 155. 3rd u/s baby b still there but getting smaller baby A is perfect, moving around and has a HR of 172.1/24 OB appt-baby measuring ahead-HR 173. 3/19 it's a girl!!!! The process can be stressful & emotional, but well worth it. Make sure you are mentally prepared. Also, the progesterone shots continue until 12 weeks. Finally, some Dr.s use a cathetor to drain your baldder after the transfer - not fun. This gave me a bladder infection...beware.

After so many yrs. ttc u never imagine that there may be bumps along the road. Of course all we want is that so we tend not to leave room for the things that may go wrong. For myself, this journey, all though so well worth it has not been easy at all. I have attained a long list of medical issues that I did not have b4 all this. Thank God I can say that so far my lil girl seems fine, very active and all her test results are fine. I just started fetal monitoring twice a week to ensure that she remains fine. They will be inducing me 1 month earlier if all goes well. Worse case scenario it could be earlier.I really wasn't prepared for all this and even though I would have appreciated the knowledge of all the things that did go wrong, I question the fact of, would i have mattered or would I hadnot proceeded with my procedure. The answer is, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! My daughter is all worth this and more, as long as she is healthy I could deal with anything.

Nothing left to freeze. 1st Beta: Feb 6th : 147 2nd Beta: Feb 8th : 361 Doubled!!! 1st US: Feb 27th: 1 strong bean (HR 140) measuring 6w6d. Graduated to OB: 1st appoint March 19th. NT scan: April 3rd - Low risk April 23rd: GDM controlled with diet and glyburide. Anatomy Scan: May 23rd: It is a Boy !!! EDD: October 16th Enjoying every second of this miracle.

Me: 25 mild endo (tubes open, all bloodwork great) DH: 25 perfect (all tests well above normal) TTC: Since April 2007 Trying Naturally for a few months 3 IUIs all BFN Moving to IVF March 3rd-24th BCP Didn't start AF until April 3rd!!! March 17th-April 14th Lupron April 3rd-13th Stims ER April 16th (moved from April 3rd) ET April 19th 9 retrieved 5 mature, 3 intermediate, 1 immature all 8 fertilized but only 3 made it to day 3??? Put 3 back (8cell "great", 8 cell "excellant", 8 cell "slight fragmentation") Please god let it be my turn1st Beta 5/02/08: 379!!!!! 2nd Beta at ER 5/10/08: 9,000 Emergency U/S at ER and RE: 1 sac with yolk Possible Cyst RE was not too concerned U/S 5/16/08 Saw the heartbeat   http://www.myspace.com/mdoyle75

me: 36 dh: 37 ttc: 10 years I am glad for the support on from everyone, it helps to read success stories. I am having my tubes removed on 5-20-08 then we are going to IVF later in the year. I have not even asked my RE when it will be ok to start IVF. I am hoping for August. Thanks
