IVF#1 - BFP, but m/c at 6w5d FET#1 -- Natural cycle (low meds) ET - 6/27 - Transferred 2 (6A, 4A) -HPT on 7/7 Beta #1 - 7/7 - (10dp3dt) #114! Beta #2 - 7/9 - (12dp3dt) #272 Beta #3 - 7/17 - (20dp3dt) #5993 First U/S - 7/24 - 1 perfect bean - & 1 tiny one Second U/S - 8/12 - TWO perfect beans! OMG! Fraternal twins! NT scan - 9/4 - Two bouncing perfect babies! Anatomy scan - 10/7 - TWO BOYS! Both looked excellent. Me-Skila 36 PCOS DH-Will 35 Low count, low motility DSD Britt 11yo Miracle 1 DD Aiden ChaVonne 6yo 2001 5 cycles of clomid -no success Conceived naturally 10/01, DD born 07/02 Began Clomid again 3/07, 4 rounds in 6 months, no luck 2 rounds Clomid 100mg, menapur, HCG, timed intercourse  X 22/28 First ever IUI IVF #1 -Micro-dose Lupron - 10 Snow babies!!!!! FET #1 -  Sept 30 baseline us - lining at 6mm and E2 at 48 Oct 23 - FET We transfered 3 again. 7 snowbabies left. + HPT 10/30, 10/31, 11/1, and a very definate +HPT on 11/3 Beta #1 15 8dp3dt (10/31) Beta #2 114 11dp3dt (11/3) But progesterone still low 17.7. Bambi Me 27 - ok so far DH 25 - obstructive azoospermia Ace - pitbull/bulldog  5/07 - fresh - bfn 7/07 - FET - bfn 8/07 - FET - BFP!! turned BFN 10/07 - Starting fresh cycle Last BCP on 10-17 10-19 - Baseline ultrasound, 10/21 - Start Follistem, 10/28 - Start Ganirelix, 11/1 - Not growing fast enough...add Luveris ER - 11-5 ET - 11-9 transferred 3- 8 cell grade a perfect embies - 9 totsicles BETA #1 - 11-21   WOW 514 !!!!BETA #2 - 11-23 - 905 BETA #3 - 11-25 - 2895 12/4 - 1st U/S - one sac and yolk...with flickering heartbeat 12/12 - 2nd U/S - perfect baby with heartbeat of 135!! 12/26 - 3rd U/S - heartbeat now 179 and got to see head moving!!! 1/10 - 4th U/S - going to be 3D u/s and last RE visit heartbeat 140 1/31 - 5th U/S - 1st OB appt. heartbeat 141bpm and looks like girL DD - 7/29/08 Induction date - 7/22/08 6lbs 14 oz 20 inches long

Me- 39 (TL) DH- 32 (healthy) 2nd IVF- Start Stimming- 2/22/08 ER- 3/9/08- 2 eggs retrieved only 1 fertilized- will do a 5 day transfer and hope it makes it to add with our one and only frozen blast. ET- 3/14/08- 2 blasts transfered 1 frozen 1 fresh Beta #1- 3/26/08- beta: 337Beta #2- 3/31/08- beta- 2,296 Beta #3- 4/04/08- beta- 6,971 Ist u/s- 4/07/08 one beautiful bean with strong heartbeat  Thank you God!2nd u/s- 4/14/08 baby measuring right on track with strong heartbeat!! 3rd u/s- 4/21/08 measuring exactly 8 wks 1 day. 4/29/08- First ob visit- all is ok 5/05/08- first ob ultrasound- baby measured ahead 5/13/08- NT specialist at 4p- NT within normal range  6/16/08- anatomy scan (bloodwork abnormal)- amnio scheduled... Its a BOY!!! who happens to have an extra chromosome 21 7/15/08- ob appt baby right on track IT'S A BOY!! JACOB DAVID BORN 11/7- 7LBS 2 OZ.

Stats: Me - 36, DH 34 - both no issues - all tests fine 4 feline furbabies : Jericho, Mercedes, Ally & Simi10/07 - 1/08 Clomid 50 mg - 100 mg 12/07 - chemical pregnancy  2/08 - 4/08 2 IUI's (150 & 75 IUs Follistim)4-5/08 IVF #1 (1 8A embie) Switched from RSC to Boston IVF 6-7/08 IVF #2 (2 8 & 9 celled embies) FET - 8/31 (beta #1 171 - 14 dpo)9/3 beta #2 207 - chemical pregnancy 9/08 - 10/08 ramping up for IVF #3 Sonohystogram as precaution 9/17 - once again, "textbook perfect" (someone find a problem, please!) 10/1 diagnosed high PAI-1 (blood clotting defect) - added baby aspirin and prednisone 10/13 diagnosed insulin resistance (finally something!) note - high PAI-1 often suggests insulin resistance as well, or PCOS; started Metformin IVF #3 10/16 ER; 13 eggies, 10 fert with ICSI; bfp Thank you God and my guardian angel for watching over me and the little ones.

 TTC 13 years Live in Maine with 1 dog, 2 cats and a bird 1 brand new puppy chocolate lab Riley 1 furbaby in doggie heaven First IVF FEB 2008 2/9 ET 3 transferred 1 @ 5 Cell grade 3 , 4 Cells grade 3 and 1 @ 4 cells grade 2 AF started on Feb 19th. 2/28/08 started DHEA 75 mg FSH lowered!!!! in only 2 months of taking dhea May 2 ET 3dt all grade 3 (1) 5 cell and (2) 4 cell 5/11/08 spotting BETA 5/13/08 11dp3dt 68  BETA 5/16/08 14dp3dt 157 p4 30.1 BETA 5/20/08 18dp3dt 394 p4 27.4 BETA 5/22/08 20dp3dt 733 p4 37.5 BETA 5/28/08 26dp3dt 8489 1st U/S May 27th 5 week gestational sac (should be 6 wks) 2nd U/S June 5th saw one little bean with hb of 119-122 3rd U/S June 19th meauring 8 weeks 5 days hb 138 U/S July 17th 13 weeks hb 158 u/s October 8 everything is on schedule C-Section scheduled for January 15, 2009 It's a BOY!
