Hi Girls,

I am so happy to be here with all of you!!! yes, it is finally my turn too and Friday I had my 2nd day transfer. They transfered 2embies 4cell grade A.
I am excited and nervous at the same time and now reading your posts I feel a little guilty as well.
My DR told me to lead a "normal" life in the coming days and I just don't do any sports, or sex!! so here there I was right after my transfer I came home and made a big luch for my DH and I to celebrate. I live in a house that has stairs for everything and since yesterday I've been up and down the stairs but avoiding cleaning and heavy lifting. I feel like a horrible person now to see that most of you spend most of the 1st days in bed and I hope I didn't ruin my chances of getting my BFP!!!!!!
I am taking my progesterone through the vagina. I have to put 2 little pearl like balls in the morning, afternoon and at night before I go to sleep. I worry about it because every time I pee I feel like I am ruinning everything. I was only yesterday that I had the embies put inside of me and I can't wait for the 23rd of May(my beta!) to arrive.

I am glad to have all you to share this!!!

I already talked myself out of buying a test before I came back and read your post.

I just got really sick to my stomach thinking about doing one. I'll wait for Tuesday beta day and if it comes back positive then I may buy an HPT just to see what a positive looks like

Congrats on your ET, sounds like things went great. I only really took it easy the first day. I did not spend that much time laying down and in bed. Good Luck to you!!!

Hi there Maria,

Congrats on your successful ET - I hope and pray your little embies are snuggling right in.
I wouldn't worry about the bedrest thing. My RE's nurses said there wasn't much I could do to prevent/help them from implanting, so they only recommended taking it somewhat easy rest of day of ET. I did lie on the couch (downstairs), but since we have an upstairs/downstairs house, I was up and down stairs a good number of times too. I'm sure your little embies are just fine. About the progesterone, I too am on suppositories - they are kind of like aspirin - buffered on the outside. I usually do one right before bed (after last pee) and one about half hour before I get up (usually at first pee). It's true they do run right out once you are vertical, but the medicine is intended to absorb pretty quickly through the skin - and from what I understand, the skin down there is very absorbant. I'm sure you will be just fine!

I too want to see what a positive looks like on a HPT. Ya, know after taking so many of them and they all are neg. I just want to see what it will look like
