Yeah, it's kind of spooky - like while the stuff is coming out of my mouth, I hear how it is sounding and can't believe I'm saying it, but can't stop myself either. I actually start this evil laugh while I'm being mean sometimes. Like it's a big downward spiral!

DH took me out for brunch this morning, so he deserves big kudos. I've been making fun of how big my boobs have gotten - he calls them my "wobblies" (he heard that term on some British show referring to parts of overweight people's bodies).

Katy, what your DH told you about the hot dogs is just what my DH would have said to me!!!

Cathy & Heather - I'm so sorry girls. Big hugs for you.
Related question - were you both taking progesterone? I know sometimes it prevents AF from coming so I was just curious if you were and how much.

Hey girl - I know you probably feel like it's over but sometimes these things change within a day, or even an afternoon. I will pray for you and the others that things swing toward positive results. Hang in there - big hug to you.

It could be irritation - I had a lot of irritation from progesterone suppositories (they told me at ET). ANd HCG is sometimes very slow to start. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I think I"m at the same point as you - 8 days past 3dt. And I feel like I had an overdose of PMS this month, progesterone is the only thing keeping AF away...

I think that it would be too late for implantation according to the day chart.

The placenta should be starting to produce the HCG today...

Unhappy Okay...I did it

I POAS and it was !

I know that it is early, but the girl (not in the study) next to me on ET day did it today too and she had a +.

I did not use first morning urine (but she did not either).

My 1st beta is the 14th and my 2nd (that I get to know the results) is on the 16th.

There has not really been much more (I have to wipe way up high).

My anxiety about it all has really deflated my day!

Heather and Cathy,
I am sad to hear about AF arriving and hearing that this is the end of the road for this cycle. But don't give up!!! Your time will come, just take time regroup and to feel strong again. My prayers are with you.

Martiero, don't give up hope, there are still many days ahead and you BETA can be positive!!! I think axiety may play a big role on these things too. Try to visualize those embies snuggling inside of you. Praying for you!

Jennifer, give yourself a couple of days and don't give up just yet!!!!!!! You also may still getting your BFP sooner than you think. I am also praying for you.

Girls, seems like this Sunday is hitting us hard huh. Lets try to think of our blessings for a minute and how lucky we are to have DH that loves us and are going thourgh this with us, and of all of us going through this together, for better or worse. This support group is a blessing.
I am a little anxious today because unlike many of you I have told the WORLD about our IFV abd everyone keeps asking me when I'll find out I am preggo. Talk about pressure!!!!! Now I wanted to keep this 2ww just for ourselves it has been hard because everyone keeps asking us and I don't wanna lie but also don't wanna talk about it just yet. Before we started with IVF I knew how much this was going to affect us emotionally (and financially) so I wanted our friends to know.... now I just wish I hadn't told the world because no matter what how I feel I'll have to share it all to what it feels like its the whole world.

You're so right, we are lucky to have our DH's and this awesome support group - I don't know what I'd do without you guys! DH also appreciates you all - he knows you are my lifeline.

Maria, I know a little how you must feel - some of my family know, and I always get the loaded question, "So.....how you doing?". I told my sisters I am under incredible pressure right now, so I may not always give them every detail or want to talk about it. They were very receptive to this, but its hard when DH's family asks (I get very irritated), and even today I was steeling myself to answer people if they said to me, Happy Mother's Day, so, do you have any children? I told DH my answer would be, "none that are alive". But luckily, no one asked!
I know you'll know what the right thing to do is, but for me it helped to tell people, hey, I'm under a ton of pressure right now, and right now, I don't know what the outcome will be - but I appreciate your asking. It's a tough spot to be in, for sure.

Maria, just like you I was sooooooooooo excited to finally be doing IVF. That I told EVERYONE!!! Now I wish I hadn't they even know that I get my results on Thurs. I don't want to tell anyone my results except for my DH. But I know people will be asking, I think no matter what I am going to tell them I don't know yet! or if you or someone else has something better to say please let me know. Me and my BIG MOUTH!!!!!
