Audra- depending on how much of a data geek you are, you can download all the raw data from CDC website in excel format and sort it. I'm a total nerd though.

Then you'll have a ranking of every center in the US. They always tell you to not go by sucess rates only- because some places are more selective, yadda yadda. But CCRM is supposedly the best from what I hear.

Like Kelliejo said you can go to CDC or Sart to see stats but they were ranked by Parent's magazine too by couples that went to various clinics. That spoke to me versus raw data.

[
quote=hopefulmama]Elizabeth - Thanks - didn't recognize the acronym Is there a place where the various IF practices are ranked? Glad they moved up your beta - it's so hard to wait.

Maria I'm sure you already left but just in case I too heard travel in pregnancy is fine except in the third trimester. Perfectly fine to go in a regular plane with pressurized cabin. Also the cramps are very common in early pregnancy - it feels like you are getting your period and can drive you nuts.

Cat, Melanie, and Valerie.

Everyone seems to have seen their embryoes except me - sigh. Well on the up side if I saw the embryo I would be looking on the comp comparing pics and obsessing so.. Well to be honest I have been obsessing about the embryo ranking. The one embryo we transferred was an AB and I keep wondering how much less the success rate is with an AB verses an AA... I'll have to google it.

Everyone keeps mentioning being obsessed with POASing well I'm phobic of POASing I really would like to test before the beta but am worried about getting a bfn. I know, I know - I'll get it anyway if I'm not preg but somehow logic escapes me sometimes[/quote]

Ok, ladies it's 6 am where are all of you? lol

I couldn't sleep. The lab open in 65 minutes and I'm going to be pounding on their door if they don't open right at 7. You would think after all the testing I would feel confident but I really want to know my beta number.

FYI for those of you dealing with OHSS (I'm mild) and am still doing the salty food and gaterade, actually G2 diet I found that Boston Market has frozen food that actually has 88% of your recommended daily serving of sodium. Apparently, they are trying to kill the American population with salt. That or they have a large share in the blood pressure medicine companies. In any case, it works well for me and I get ton's of salt. Just thought I would share that tid bit.

Missywojo- you are definitely too early. There was a girl on here a few months ago who got a negative on 8dp5dt and cried and then got her bfp (dark line) on 9dp5dt. Lol...I almost POASed this A.M. (arguably just to show that no hcg from shot is there, though I know that is fake, if it was a BFP I'd be sure I was ). I am still trying to hold off until 7dp5dt though I know this is a dream of mine, I probably wont make it past tomorrow (5dp5dt too!).

Angie- Yes, I use the prometrium too...they are gross, aren't they? There is no way at all to tell what is going on down there b/c of the icky mess. I was so hoping they would take me off of that when I had to go on the PIO, but they are doing the overkill thing on me. oh -and Thank you for keeping up the list!!!

KellieJo - not sure when we are planning to go to CCRM - I initially made a phone consult with them in March but cancelled it when my clinic said they would help me to go through another cycle there (I love my clinic -nurses and RE are amazing, but if this is a BFN I need to do something!). So, they have all of my paperwork, so I would probably just arrange another phone consult and then hope we can get there by the end of the summer...though I am not thinking about this now. Hoping neither of us has to go there though!!! This month should be our s!!!

Congrats to Cat, Melanie, and Valerie!!!! That is amazing!!!! 3 s You girls are !

So, the Lab Corp in our little hicktown wouldn't have results to my doctor until tomorrow. How crazy is that? So, I drove an hour to Columbus to a Lab Corp there who said they will have the results to my doctor within 4 hours. That is soooo worth the drive. Who knows when the nurse will actually call though.
