Earliest for a +HPT after 3dt?

What is the earliest you can get a + on a HPT after a 3dt? Or the earliest you have experienced, heard or ? that someone has gotten one?

I've got strips that detect it as early as 20mcg? which is 5 less than those FRED test....but my list/chart says that during a 3dt the earliest you can detect that is on day 8?

Thanks!!!

i got a very, very , very faint positive on 6 days past transfer. BUT everyone was pretty shocked as that is pretty early. i am a POAS addict so i couldn't stop myself. as long as you prepare yourself to see a negative and not lose hope i'd say go ahead and test 6-7 days past transfer. but please remember LOTS of girls on here haven't gotten their 1st bfp hpt until a day or two before their beta. GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks for the answer Today is 6dpt for me as well and I've been POAS everyday. I expected to get a negative until Beta (since Beta is early at my clinic)....but today I got the faintest positive!!! I'm using the strips that detect it as early as 20....and First Response are supposed to detect it at 25 I think? So these are even earlier...they are the strips like doctors office's use.

Anyhow....I keep thinking something has to be wrong with the test strip....I mean it's only 6dpt!!! I'm going to continue to test, but I think I'll buy a few different brands to use on Sunday just to confirm (as long as my strips get darker).

Thanks again for the answer....I was just AMAZED this morning to see anything. I always just POAS, lay it to the side, put in my progesterone and then let the dogs out (to pass my 5 minutes LOL). This morning it didn't even take 5 minutes....the faint line was already there, totally threw off my morning LOL I did manage to go lay back down like I always do though....but I couldn't go back to sleep.

FAITH - OMG I am so, so excited for you. I can't believe we get a + on the same day. Yippeee!!!! I think that 9 dper is about the earliest you can see it, so you are right in the window of early implantation which is fantastic.

Ana: Thank you I'm praying it gets darker tomorrow. I just POAS again and it was negative....but I've already went 3 times this morning so I'm sure the HCG if it's low is not detectable anymore on these test. I'll do another one in the morning and Praying that it's darker

I'm just AMAZED....either early implantation or multiples? We put back 3...so who knows I'm just glad to finally see a change...and pray it continues thru Wednesday.

Good luck on your Beta on Monday as well....how exciting that we both get a + today.

LOL, I actually threw it out with the trash this afternoon. I kept going back to it and looking at it, tilting it this way and that to make sure that the faint line wasn't a shadow or something....and finally tossed it. I'll take another one tomorrow and then a FRER on Sunday....if those are darker I'll post a pic Praying they are!!! Isn't the HCG supposed to double everyday? So if it's detected today at 20, then tomorrow it should be 40? Or atleast by Sunday?

Sounds like a BFP!! I tested 6dp3dt - BFN, then on 7dp3dt - faint BFP. I think congrats are in order!! Oh, and my line never got much darker, until like a week after my + beta (I am truly a POAS addict!!). So, don't get too discouraged if yours dosen't darken much!!

Oh Wow Faith So happy for you!! Just as a reference - the Beta is supposed to double every 48-72 hrs. (and many say even a 60% rise is fine). My lines took quite a while to get dark with the twins so don't worry if it stays faint for a while.
Hugs
