Thanks Deanna. I think I can do that. I tend to drink water while at work at room temperature. It gets hot in the south though but I'll make a way to add this to my regimen also. Well today I found out that I will be having a Hysteroscopy either Thursday or Friday of this week. The rush of course is because of my IVF coverage ending at the end of October. My SHG and Mock Transfer was painful as s**t today I was almost off the table. I'm not feelng as bad now as I did this afternoon. My DH has been a godsend (just today )and has helped me to keep everything in perspective. My mother told me that when this dear baby comes into the world we will have so many stories to tell him/her or both about all the things we did to bring them into this world and that they were the most wanted child ever (aside from all the other ladies here )How are you doing on the BCP's?

Kandygurl,
My acupuncturist said that you wanted to keep your stomach at room temperature. Something to do with making everything work better in that area. She basically said eat things at room temperature or warmer. I think a cold soda might be too cold if it's right out of the fridge. Maybe if you let it sit out for a little while on the counter before you drink it? I'm sorry to hear your fsh didn't go down. This fertility thing is definitely a mystery. My RE just told me a story about a women who was in menopause who got pregnant. He said he is always amazed with what happens in the fertility world. Good luck with your next cycle! -Teresa
