I know it's very early, but anyone doing or planning a IVF cycle in August.

I just got canceled in my June cycle, I didnt respond very well to the stims (4 follies) and we have decided to wait and try again. Dr says have to have AF now then another before trying again, so that put us into early August.

I'm sorry your cycle got cancelled, but August is going to be your time! So keep your head up and let's hope time flys by for us.

I see you are in Ft. Bragg, so you might actually know where I'm from, Clinton, NC...actually Roseboro, but you have to "real" familiar to know that place. LOL I now live in Atlanta, GA but go back to NC all the time. Are you going to a clinic in Fayetteville or elsewhere?

we are being seen at Womack. The IVF is done off post at a civilian lab. Womack wouldnt let the RE on post set up a lab at the military hospital.

hi. i did a FET and have just had a bfn. i start my meds in aug, and the actual ivf will be done in sept. i guess that puts me in...august? happy to join you ladies.

Not sure if I will technically be a August IVF or not. This will be my first IVF cycle so i don't really know the protocol my RE will use. I may end up in Sept but since Aug is so close, hope it is ok to hang with this group for a while. I have been waiting since March due to finances and trips planned for the summer. Guess you could say we have been trying all-natural, just one more chance to not have to spend that $10,000.

Anyway, look forward to getting to know you guys.

We had to cancel IVF #1 after being on stims for 9 days. I will be starting lupron for IVF#2 the second week in August and estimate retrieval date the first week of September. We are very disappointed that we didn't even make it to retrieval this week but healing slowly.

Yeah it sucks but better to wait and hope to get better results.

I am so glad we are waiting. I just got out of the hospital after 4 days and if we had stuck with the cycle, I would have been hospitalized for the ET. So we would had been out all that money on top of not being able to finish the cycle.

So things happen for a reason.

August isnt that far away.

Still waiting for AF to arrive this month after canceling the IVF cycle.

I am finally feeling better after a 4 days stint in the hospital with asthma and an infection. Probably why I wasnt responding well to the meds...anyway....trying to patiently wait for AF and August

Hi to everyone. Just found out my cycle has been pushed back, my period arrived to late to be fit into my RE's July schedule, and most of my stiming and my ER & ET will be in August. Hope you guys don't mind if you join you. All this waiting is killing me! I'm pretty down right, since I've been waiting and waiting for , and it finally arrives, and I find out I've been pushed back . Oh well, just have to wait another month!
Anyways, how is everyone here handling the wait? Hopefully better than me!

Hi everyone...I think I'll probably be an August IVFer. I go June 23 for the removal of my right tube and my RE said that I can probably begin stimming late July for an August transfer. Keeping my fingers that all goes as planned and that I'll be sharing my journey with you. Good luck and baby dust all around.

Hello, ladies, hope you don't mind if I join in.

I am a cancelled May-cycler. I only produced 6 follies, only two of which my RE felt had a good chance. I didn't make it to ER. My clinic's lab is closed for cleaning between July 2 - August 14 (for pete's sake, why so long?!?!), so my RE plans to have my ER around August 16!

It's nice to be able to cycle with so many of you that have shared a similiar situation. I really hope everyone's spirits are lifting and that August is our month.

Can I join you gals? I'm not exactly sure when I will be, but I'll likely be stimming in August. I need to lose some weight before my next cycle and do something to help my body stim better.

Teagan- how did you have tons of follies but were considered a poor responder? Just curious.

Hi Ladies, I would love to join you. We did IVF in May but had poor egg quality. My re wants us to try again using ICSI...my eggs didn't fertilize right away and she thinks that this may have been why. We are going to be starting stims in July and should be doing the transfer in August...
