I gained about 15 pounds. Didn't know if it was from the miscarriage or all the injections. Can't seem to make it go away though.

I gained about 25 lbs after my first 2 m/c's, lost it all after my ectopic (due to the rupture-loss of blood, couldn't eat, etc), and regained 20 lbs due to fertility drugs after that. My best advice to loss weight from depression is to get a support group. Weight watchers works really well since you have to account for what you eat and how much you exercise. Getting motivated is the hardest part, so if you can find an exercise/diet buddy, that would be the best way. Even if you did it with an online buddy. Accountability really seems to help a lot of people.

Weight watchers has worked well for two friends of mine. I've found excercising every couple of days and eating lots of fruit and veges helps if I can stay motivated.
