Need a Boy Name

My husband and I are having a problem naming our 2nd boy. We have discussed many names and have some that we are 'thinking about' but so far nothing really stands out, to be 'the one'.

We have picked out Tia for our little girl and Connor for one of our boys.

If anyone has any suggestions we would love to hear them!!

If this little bun-in-the-oven had been a boy (we're told she's a girl...we'll see in November for sure though ), we were going with Riley. I'm also a big fan of Ryan and Andrew.

Names are so hard!

I love Owen, it's my sons name. I also like Quinn... I'll have to find my list of names I had before the babies came to see if there are any good ones that stand out.

We knew our little one was a boy because we couldn't decide on a name. Finally we agreed! Some of the other names we liked where: Benjamin, Nathan, and Matthew. Good luck and I love the name Tia!!

I like Brady, Logan, Noah and Ethan. The baby name genie is pretty fun Baby Name Genie : Baby Name Generator

We didn't get to do all of the deciding on names thing because we knew from five years ago what our boy and girl names would be but if we had two boys or two girls we would have been in trouble because agreeing on other names that we like besides the ones we picked is difficult!

Thanks for getting my brain in motion After DH left for work this morning I noticed he left the Baby Name book under the remote control. LOL A little bit of a hint I have read sooo many names and after awhile my mind goes blank.

Ryan is actually one of the names we are thinking about.

I guess it totally depends on what kinds of names you prefer - more traditional, more trendy, more unique, etc. DH and I both prefer more traditional names that not everyone has (I grew up with 3 Jasons, 5 Sarahs, etc... I do not want that and I loved that I was the only one with my name: Carla - that people could spell but). I really like the name Henry but it would sound terrible with our last name. DH and I decided that we want our kids to have names that would sound good as a CEO of a company or in a law firm or something like that. I know a little boy with the name Drayton... that one is interesting. He was named that after his Great-grandfather. Anyways, I'm sure you will have lots of suggestions! I posted on another thread the baby name wizard. Let me know if you want the link. It is pretty cool. Tells you how popular a certain name has been all throughout the last century (shows with the popularity peaked, etc.) Kind of neat!

I tried the baby name wizard website but I got a big blank square with a red X on it. Hummmm my computer must be blocking it or something. We like more traditional names that aren't too popular. I like Logan but I just checked and it was the number 1 name in the last 3 months. The triplets are going to have a hard enough time establishing their own identity without having 10 children with the same name in their class!

Most names will sound good with our last name as long as it does not have too many S's. We like strong male names, not too girly or unisex names. Something that would look good on a resume, but not to geeky
We are a mix of Irish, English and German.

Conner is one of our choices for boy names, love it. I like Ryan as well. I think Conner, Ryan and Tia all go together well too.

Isn't it funny how you like a certain name but know a kid with that name or grew up with a kid with that name and the kid was a total brat and it just ruins the name?! I love the name Jake but DH had a friend named Jake that was a real terror and refuses to consider that name - or I'll like a girl's name and he'll say, "that was my old girlfriends name back in 11th grade... blah blah" naming is soo hard!
