Here are some pics of our nursery in progress. We just have a few finishing touches left. It was hard to get a pic of the whole room due to the size/angles...
I need to find a grouping of picture frames to add to the wall near the window for pics of the boys when they get here.

Joline - So cute! Is the crib bedding solid or is there a pattern that's not discernible from these pics? It looks very tastefully done. Thanks for posting your pics. I am totally impressed/deeply envious that you have your room organized so early....

Thanks! Yes, there is a pattern on the crib bedding, although it's pretty subtle and unfortunately you can't see it at all in the pics. The blue part has some white polka dots and the top layer of the bed skirt is kind of a lattice pattern (beige and white). Kind of hard to explain.

My parents were in town this weekend, so they helped get it all together. Plus I wanted to have it done early b/c of the risk of PTL. The problem is, we have the nursery almost done, but no car seats or mattresses for the cribs. LOL! Kind of backwards.

I too am worried about PTL. We are going to start painting the triplets room on Monday. Im sure we will have the room done before we get carseats, etc...... But I figure I will not be as worried if I have to go on bed rest knowing the nursery is already finished. DH can deal with everything else for me. PLus, if I am on bed rest, I can do a lot of shopping online.

Joline- Your boys room is gorgeous...I love it!!! It really came together well . It must be so nice to just go in there and sit and think about your precious little babies and how it won't be long before they will be filling up the room with lots of love and laughter!!!

lol...we're kinda backwards as well. We have all the bedding, clothes etc......but no crib, dressers, and not even a room ready to put all the stuff in...though Dh is working hard on it today. He's already got half the sealing scraped and all the materials bought to paint, put up chair rails, molding, and new doors....its a work in progress!!!

The furniture we are looking at will be coming on sale this week (20% off with our coupons)...so HOPEFULLY it will all be in stock and we'll be able to go down and pick it up.

DH has tomorrow off work, so I'm gonna try and stay on him so he can get as much as he can finished...that way the room will be ready for the furniture when it comes in.

We already picked out the colors. The bottom half of the room will be this green/beige type color, then a bright white chair rail with our teddy bear border right above it...and then a really light off white color for the top. Dh is going to put bright white on the cealings, molding and doors....which will hopefully look real good against the dark furniture we picked out.

Joline--It's beautiful and very inspiring. We are hoping to get ours done also by about 25-26weeks so hopefully Baby B will be able to show his/her gender in 3 weeks. Where did you find your bedding? I am learning so much.

We found the bedding at Target. I will take pics of the bedding up close once we have the mattress (so we can put the sheets on) and the comforter. We're still missing some stuff.

What gorgeous rooms everyone has created!! I am struggling with furniture placement in our room....and then I can add the finishing touches. I'm so glad I saw all of your wonderful pictures - you gave me some good ideas!

Ok ladies I posted this elsewhere, but more appropriate here: We want ideas on how to use the pics below to create a mickey's house nursery. What elements should I take or not take from Mickey's house in Cali. Thanks for your help.!! Oh BTW found a crib that had the exact colors of the bed WHAT a find, but DH would not let me buy it. Says we have no where to store it for now.

Tam Have you checked out Ikea? They have some baby and childrens funiture that are strikingly simliar. (Cartoonish) Like the table and chairs- they look like they should be in toon town.... also I believe they even have a pink or blue bed frame...

I like the walls. That would be an easy and inexpenive thing to do.

There used to be a lot of furniture at babies-r-us that had similiar dressers/hutches/beds etc. With the light wood and blue stained wood to accent. I don't see them anymore but you might be able to buy them second hand.
