we did the earliest they said we could at 17 wks ... well 2 visits one at 17 and the other at 21 and no luck! we have one more appt on 9/24 hopefully they know.... ive seen ppl get gender as early as 12 wks and ppl like me that'll never know!!!! good luck first time they were 80 % it was a girl and the second they were 50% i dont like the odds ...

Joline (another member) and I both did elective 3D/4Ds at 16 weeks and they were able to tell the genders of our respective sets of twins correctly! (Or at least, correctly we think, based on subsequent ultrasounds!) So it is definitely possible. Don't go painting the nursery, but hopefully they'll be able to give you a good indication!

We found out genders at 16 weeks! So you may just be able to detect something! Good Luck!

I found out at 16 weeks and we had a 3D/4D just before 12w (our peri turned it on for us as a treat). You could see quite a bit then, so I am sure you will see much more at 15w!
Even if you do find out the sex that early, I would be cautious in going out and buying pink or blue since the reproductive organs are still not fully developed...

Just wanted to give an update. We were able to tell the gender..quite clearly!!! He is alll boy!!

Me: 33, PCOS DH: 34, perfectly healthy best dog ever TTC since 3/07 5 cycles of Clomid - no luck 2 IUIs with injectibles (10/07, 11/07) - no luck 1st IVF cycle - 2/08 1st Retrieval - 2/18/08 (19 eggs retrieved, 16 mature, 3 ICSI fertilized and transferred, 2 non-ICSI fertilized and frozen as grade A blasts) 1st Embryo Transfer - 2/21/08 (3 embryos: 2 10-celled B's and 1 9-celled A) 1st Beta - 3/3/08 - 145! 2nd Beta - 3/5/08 - 325! 1st U/S - 3/12/08 - 1 little yolk sac 2nd U/S - 3/19/08 - 1 little heartbeat Graduated from the RE, onto our new OB - 4/3/08 - heard the hb, 160 bpm 5/2/08 - NT scan (so far, so good); hb 174 bpm 6/18/08 - Anatomy scan (went well and it's a girl!)
