I don't know how you feel about this, but you could also consider donor eggs. We made the decision with my high FSH we would go this route after 2 failed IVFs. We got very lucky on our first IVF, but it may be an option for our second kid since I'll be even older then and the doctor's don't hold out a ton of hope for me.

I also have high FSH levels, 15 at the highest. Even with a really high amount of stim. drugs, I only produced 6 eggs, of which 4 fertilized. From those four, I got pregnant with my daughter on the first try of IVF and used the frozen blast that was left over and got pregnant with my son. It is definitely possible!! Good luck!!

Wow - it really seems like luck of the draw to me. Everyone seems to have different outcomes. But it's good to know it IS possible.

Yes, though the biggest contributing factor (even with high FSH) is age based due to the quality factor. See below:

While my doctor said probably 95% chance of success for me at age 30 within 3 attempts, even with all of my issues, it probably would have taken up to 5 attempts if I was over 35.

So then maybe I just need a few more tries? It's not over for me yet, right?

When I first started treatment (1 year ago), the doc told me I had an 85% chance of ART working for me. Now, one year and 6 IUIs and 3 IVFs later, I'm still not pregnant. Not very encouraging...
