So I am 7 weeks pregnant and still having cramps, I have had them since 2 days after my transfer.....I have already had an ultrasound and have seen the heartbeat, my betas were perfect, my pregestrone levels were great


my ultrasound showed an ovarian cysts on both sides

I am worried, I dont know how things can be okay with cramping this bad?

I have had no bleeding at all.

Anyone been through this and everything turned out ok?

I don't have any cramps now, but I have had cysts in the past and can tell you, they hurt! They cause cramping, so most likely thats what you're feeling. As for your baby, my RE told me that the chance of complications goes down to around 5% after you've seen the heartbeat.

I am sorry you are having cramping-could you get another US to see how large the cysts are and make sure it's ok? Can they do anything to get rid of them, or do they like to wait it out and they go away on their own? I'm sorry I don't have any advice, but maybe you'd feel better by getting an US.

I'm 6wks and am still cramping although it comes and goes. Sometimes it's bad enough I have to take Tylenol which usually helps after about an hour. I had 4 cysts that showed up after my ET which I was told is pretty common after IVF. At my first u/s yesterday I was down to only 1 cyst but they did mention that the cyst along with the expanding uterus is what's causing the cramping. They informed me that as long as the cramps weren't severe and there wasn't any bleeding not to worry.

This is crazy but I'm having exactly the same experience as you are. Severe cramps (have cysts), no bleeding, 6 weeks pregnant. I would love to keep in touch and share information. I have a sonogram scheduled for next tuesday.. hope to hear from you...

Hey all,

I am too 6 weeks preg, after 3 failed ivfs and recent m/c got pregnant on my own. For the last week I have had bad right lower abd cramping and even to my back and down my right thigh and pelvis area. I take tylenol when it gets real bad, helps some. Makes me vervous bc had a recent m/c too. I have not had any spotting or bleeding so I feel like it is prob nothing to worry about. I have a 5 y/o son and I don't remember having it this bad with him- but I was 6 yrs younger and in better shape back then. I looked a lot up this up on line and says can be normal with increasing prog levels and uterus stretching and joints and lig stretching. I also have had bad nausea since I got my BFP, it is yucky. But I am glad to be preg.
