Question Beta #s too low for possibility of twins?

My 1st beta last week was 200 (10dp5dt) and 2nd beta yesterday was 1400 (17dp5dt), which is a double every 2.5 days...

I know that beta values vary greatly and don't always tell the whole story, but do these numbers look too low for the possibility of twins? Anyone with personal experience with numbers similar to this??

From what I have read the standard HcG level for twins can also fall within the normal range for singletons. I think with only two betas it is too early to tell.

i would try to not get too caught up in beta numbers. i know it's hard because it's so exciting early on wondering what you're going to have. but honestly, i've seen such variations on here - people with really high betas having singletons, and lower betas having twins. if you research it online most of what you'll read says that beta numbers really can not determine how many you are having. you'll be thrilled regardless when you find out what you're having.

Beta is always subject to variations...with two betas it is difficult to guess....but to me it seems like a singleton pregnancy...only time will tell...are you guys rooting for twins...whichever way it is...all the very best...may you get what you want!!

I think, it's too early to tell... But, anything is impossible... Definitely it looks like a healthy pregnancy... Congrats!
