I had lots of round ligament pain between 4-5 weeks... I don't remember having it with my first pg, but OB assured me it was normal. (I thought since I was pg before, my ligaments would have been a little loose/pre-stretched, but apparently it's like starting over.) I just turned 20 weeks and had another bout of severe ligament pain last week too. UGH! Hope it gets better for you!

I never felt ligament pain with my first preg, but this one has been really different. I started feeling the pains around 5 weeks and still get them. As far as kick starting #2 you might try the Fiber One bars. I am taking anti-nausea meds that cause major constipation and that is all that has helped. You can get them at any grocery store!!

I have an Activia everyday, and that seems to help me. Someone on here suggested it, I can't remember who, but "thank you"

Thank you guys, after my b/w tomorrow I'm headed to the grocery store to pick stuff up.
It's also good to know that the stretching is normal, I just thought it'd be later on.

I was about 4 weeks ligament stretching. I've noticed that this pregnancy is sooooo different from when I was pregnant with my son.
I highly recommend Milk of Magnesia. It's safe to take during pregnancy. Take one tablespoon in the morning with breakfast. You don't want to take more than one tablespoon unless you are going to be at home.
