Completely. I didn't feel P until 19 weeks and then it was sporadic for a while until he got bigger. But for peace of mind, could you call your RE for an u/s or at least a doppler to hear your LO's heartbeat?

Since I have an anterior placenta, I still don't feel movement as regularly as I'd like, and I'm over 27 weeks. I did quite a bit of reading on the subject, and it seems like 28 weeks is when movement should be more regular.

I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry.

Amy - it's so funny you should post this. I just posted in our October Due Dates that I haven't felt "pregnant" the past 2 days. I, too, think I felt the baby a few times last week but now nothing the past few days. From everything I've read, this is really normal and we both just have to hang in there for a few more weeks until our little ones are big enough to really give us some good kicks.

Rest assured I am with you! I have another u/s next week and am counting the days until I get to go in.

definitely normal! i didn't start feeling regular movement until i was about 21 weeks, and prior to that had only felt it very sporadically and only a light flicker or two. things will start to pick up before you know it.

I am 17 weeks and have felt nothing yet. If it wasn't for my bump, fetal doppler and u/s, I would think there is nothing in there. ( :

Totaly normal. I didn't feel Connor move enough to ease my worries so I got a fetal doppler to hear the heart beat when I got stressed. I would even run home at lunch (work like 2 minutes from home) and listen to him and make sure he was O.K. When he got bigger he would move so much I could hardly rest. I am so excited for you. I would give anything to be pregnant again.

Amy- Hang in there girl, it is completely normal. I started feeling little flutters around 16 weeks every once in a while then about 22 weeks it really hit. You usually don't start feeling consistent movement until 28 weeks or so.

Def normal but maddening, yes? I didn't feel regularly until probably 24 weeks; and just FYI, the worry don't stop unfortunately!!! You'll start to feel *her* more soon, I wouldn't worry at all. Can't wait to hear about your next scan!

Amy please try not to worry too much about it. I felt the first movement at 17 wks and didn’t feel it again until 20/21 wks. Your time is coming, I promise. Of course everyone’s body is different, enjoy it when it comes though, the feeling is amazing.

I agree with Devan. I felt my first kick at 16 weeks and then not again for almost two weeks. Then they started to pick up to a few times a day around 20 weeks but by 24 weeks hold on to your socks! I loved every minute of Ethan kicking, moving, rolling within me and it's one of the things I miss about being pregnant. Enjoy every minute.

Amy, I remember all too well what you are feeling. I use to drive my DH crazy with my worrying about everything! What you're feeling is normal. I worried my entire pregnancy...right up until I was laying on the operating table during my c-section. I never felt consistent movements with my DS until I was about 25 weeks or so. I think if God were to ever bless me with another pregnancy I would enjoy the pregnancy much more. You and your little one will be fine...hang in there!!!
