Antidepressants
Hey girls! I know I ask a lot of questions but I always feel so comforted by your responses.
 Has any one been on antidepressants and stopped tkaing them once they got pregnant? I do not want to continue taking them (since they can potentally harm the baby). I am going to ask my RE but I forgot today so I wanted to see if anyone else did this? If so how did you stop taking them (all at once, ect)?

Me: 25 mild endo (tubes open, all bloodwork great) DH: 25 perfect (all tests well above normal) TTC: Since April 2007 Trying Naturally for a few months 3 IUIs all BFN Moving to IVF March 3rd-24th BCP Didn't start AF until April 3rd!!! March 17th-April 14th Lupron April 3rd-13th Stims ER April 16th (moved from April 3rd) ET April 19th 9 retrieved 5 mature, 3 intermediate, 1 immature all 8 fertilized but only 3 made it to day 3??? Put 3 back (8cell "great", 8 cell "excellant", 8 cell "slight fragmentation")  Please god let it be my turn1st Beta 5/02/08: 379!!!!!  2nd Beta at ER 5/10/08: 9,000 Emergency U/S at ER and RE: 1 sac with yolk Possible Cyst RE was not too concerned U/S 5/16/08 Saw the heartbeat     http://www.myspace.com/mdoyle75

What ever you do don't stop them abruptly. Your DR needs to wean you off slowly. Stopping them quickly can do more harm to baby and you. Many women continue to take them during pregnancy just at a lower dose. Having a panic attack can actually be more harmful to baby then the actual drug. It all depends on what the med is and the dosage. I would definitly call your RE asap to find out what they suggest. Good luck!

(except my 12cm ovaries) 12/3: 2nd US: Baby measuring right on track and has a wonderful heartbeat!! 12/15: Emergency US extremly large amount of bleeding, found tear in Uterus, but baby is doing just fine. 12/17: 3rd US: Tear is healing and baby is doing great, hb 162!! 12/27: US, dx with Subchorianic Hemorrhage 1/2: 1st OB appt; hb 143 1/25: Had cerclage placed, cervix 4.2cm!!! 2/7: It's a BOY!!!! 2/20: Anatomy Scan; he is right on track!! 3/6: US, cervix thinning (2.2cm), put on modified bedrest 4/15: Passed GD Test!!! 5/17: Visit to L&D for preterm labor, 1cm dilated 6/24: Cerclage removed!! 6/27: 2cm, 60% effaced! 7/2: 3cm, 60% effaced, high blood pressure  7/7: Kellen arrived at 5:57am, 6lb 5oz, 19in!!!!
