adoption in Ontario

Hello ladies! I wanted to start a thread because I'm looking for any information, advice and experiences of any one who has adopted here in Ontario. To share a little of my story, my husband and I have been trying for 2 1/2 years to have a baby but unfortunately I've suffered miscarriages and they've found no known cause. Now, we're going on a year without conceivng at all and it's hearbreaking.

We decided recently that adoption is probably our best choice and if I happen to get pregnant along the way, then we'll be twice blessed! ( This happen to my mom, the month they got me( I'm adopted) she got pregnant with my brother after 5 years of trying!)
Has anyone or is anyone going through the adoption process?? Private or public??? Any advice would be so grately appreciated.

Thanks!
