consider trying a diet before giving up?
After TTC for over 4 years, having every test imaginable and doing IUI, IVF, FET I was ready to give up. However, we decided to approach things more naturally. we went on the infertility diet and after 6 weeks I got PG!!!! I was in shock and surprised. I wanted to share this with others trying and hope that it helps them. You can check out the site at www.infertilitydiet.net.

As an acupunturist and herbalist, I believe in this whole-heartedly. However, this is a source of great frustration for me because this "fertility diet" is basically my diet and has been for pretty much my whole life. I eat no processed food, practically no sugar, tons of fruits and veggies, do all of the recommended supplements, etc. and still no success. So although I believe this in theory, it doesn't always pan out. I guess maybe for people with bad diets, a drastic change to a healthy diet could be enough to tips the scale, but when your diet and lifestyle are already healthy, what do you do?

Dear kimber_hope, I have no idea about fertility diet and infertility diet. Can you kindly throw some light on it? Will this diet help us during time of pregnancy? How long will we have to practice this diet pattern? Is it having any positive effect on our newborn baby? Hoping for a quick reply from your side.
