I am also new to the site. My wife and I have been trying to concieve for about 4 years. We have been through 4 IUI cycles. All of which have been unsuccessful. We have been going through our first IVF cycle. Today we went for the retrieval. They retrieved 7 eggs and we are very hopeful. They plan on doing ICSI and Assisted Hatching. I am very optimistic. I am glad that thier is a forum for us to discuss our situation as we are keeping this top secret. Our family is very supportive, However, after 4 tries we just don't want to disappoint them again with high hopes. Any advice that anyone has would be helpful.

Keep us posted on your progresses and challenges. I know this has been a tumultuous experience, but this place makes it a little easier becuase you have cheerleaders from all around the U.S.
