That which does not kill us, makes us stronger. ~ from the philosopher Nietszche (this was my favorite quote in college and it's been my mantra since then from when my mom was sick with breast cancer to the IF experience to the bad pregnancy and I still find strength in those words)

I have a few myself that I like....

1. Want for nothing and pray for everything (is my favorite)
2. Don't worry cuz the Lord knows what you need
3. Be like the tree by water firmly rooted and unmoved just as God wants us to be

I follow these mostly cuz I know that God has a plan for my life and that in His own infinate wisdom will get me to the place where He desires for me to be.

Some words of wisdom that have helped get me through the BFN's (apart from prayer) is something that I read from one of the girls posts on here to someone who was depressed about a BFN they just got. It was when I had just joined so I can't remember who it was but they said something along the lines of "for every girl that got a BFP this month, they had a BFN last month". It really opened my eye's and made me feel truely happy for them and I realised that any month now it will be my turn!

Hi, I'm new to this site. My husband and I have been trying to concieve for eight years. I'm 29 years old, have had 16 fibroids removed now my doctor feels that I have scar tissue that has built up on my fallopian tubes. I'm so sad, I had to worst night of my life yesterday evening. I honestly don't think I'm going to make it & nobody really understands how I feel. If you have any words for me I would be forever in your debt.

Gee I can't remember where it came from, and it's not really religious or spiritual, but I really believe in:

Especially since our family just learned yesterday that my dad has pancreatic cancer =(
