When I was getting ready to do injectibles for IVF, I talked to my good GFs from college. They were all very supportive and understanding. One of them was pg herself, and she was very careful to keep certain things quiet so she wouldn't upset me, which I totally appreciated. Anyway, she's an RN and I was telling her how upset I was about doing injectibles and IVF and how I hated the thought of the needles. She lives about an hour away from me, but she was so kind to say that if necessary, she would drive down to me daily to give me the needles. I thought that was the nicest thing anyone could say! Of course, I didn't take her up on it because I wouldn't want her driving so far, but it proves how much GFs are needed during trying times like these.
